"Ukreximbank" sued Poroshenko's partner for a third of the milliardi

The Export-Import Bank of Ukraine brought to court the company of businessman Oleg Svinarchuk “Bogdan Motors” and its subsidiary “Autowarehouse Plant No. 2”.

About this we write “First Instance” with messages to the decision of the court.
As it turns out, the state bank was initially able to turn over the debt in the amount of 340 million hryvnia, of which 313 million was the loan itself, and the rest - hundreds, penalties and commissions. Later, Ukreximbank increased its claims to 388 million hryvnia.
PJSC "Bogdan Motors" acted as a guarantor, and the auto storage plant acted as a holder of credit funds. The remaining term of repayment of the loan will end through the river. However, due to delays in payments, the bank, without checking this moment, has been trying to make a pre-line return to the borg since 2014.
“Bogdan Motors” will not lock up the multi-million dollar borg, but has asked the bankers for an extension of 10 rubles - until the end of 2024. Auto manufacturers explained their financial impossibility by the war in Donbass, which “had a very negative impact on car sales in the country.”
The local car dealerships in Donbass are not operating, and in Simferopol and Gorlivtsya they are buried. Due to problems with sales, production will be frozen and information will be sent.
As representatives of the auto company admitted in court, the severity of their claims outweighs the security of their assets. It is impossible to protect all creditors, especially since everything is constantly in the outpost.
It’s also not possible to get pennies on rackets when you turn around, the Bogdan Motors lawyers told the court. In order to prevent bankruptcy, the company resorted to plans, so that, in their opinion, they could turn the board around within an hour.
The bank's lawyers opposed this solution to the conflict. The Lord's Court of Kiev on the 9th of yesterday satisfied the requests of "Ukreximbank" and ordered the borrowers to repay the loan.
As it turns out, the loan that served as the reason for the super check was nine years ago from Ukreximbank to the company Kia Motors Ukraine (from 2005 to 2009 it was part of the Bogdan corporation of businessman Petro Poroshenko).
In 2010, the distributor of the Korean automobile industry signed an agreement on the transfer of this warehouse to Automobile Warehouse Plant No. 2, a subsidiary of the Lutsk Automobile Plant, which is part of the structure of Bogdan Motors.
This was connected with the separation of recent partners: Petro Poroshenko transferred his important part in the Bogdan corporation to Oleg Svinarchuk in 2009.
The package was transferred to the new leader in exchange for a share of 100 million dollars and Svinarchuk’s minority share in the Roshen corporation. Then replace the Bogdan corporation as a distributor.
