Ukrtransnafta failed to win compensation from Kolomoisky's company.

UkrtransnaftaThe Odessa Regional Commercial Court prohibited Ukrtransnafta from receiving compensation in the amount of 312,7 million hryvnias from Sintez-Oil.

The court acknowledged that Ukrtransnafta incurred losses between 2010 and 2014, but cited the statute of limitations. According to the lawsuit, the company suffered losses of over 180 million hryvnias during this period.

Between 2010 and 2014, Sintez-Oil transferred over 188 million hryvnias to Ukrtransnafta under a contract for oil transportation along the Odessa Acceptance and Delivery Station to the Kremenchug Oil Refinery route, and 7,515 million hryvnias in 2015. The contract stipulated a monthly payment of 6,15 million hryvnias for an annual traffic volume of 3 to 6 million tons. If Sintez-Oil does not transport oil for a month, the payment is for pipeline reservation.

The contract was signed on December 14, 2009, but on March 1, 2012, its terms were revised, reducing the monthly payment to 835 thousand hryvnias and expanding the list of routes for oil transportation.

It is known that Sintez-Oil is associated with Igor Kolomoisky and the Privat group.
