On the evening of February 27, law enforcement officers detained a group of people at the Tinitsa café in Dnipro, including Yermak Petrovsky, the son of local businessman Alexander Petrovsky (aka "Narik"). This was reported by Strana, citing its own sources.
The group was detained after they attempted to shoot a married couple who were having dinner in a cafe.

According to Artur Rysin, the plaintiff, he and his wife, Radina, were relaxing in a café in the evening, around 22:00 PM. Around midnight, he received a message on his phone informing him that the alarm on his Mercedes-Benz G500 had gone off.
Going out into the street, he noticed 5-6 women and one man, between whom there was a conflict. After inspecting the car, Rysin returned to the cafe, but after 15-20 minutes a group of 10-15 men entered it and asked - "Who is the owner of the Mercedes car?".
"After receiving the response, the unknown assailants opened fire on the couple, causing Rysin and his wife to fall to the floor to avoid being shot. The shooters then fled in an unknown direction, shooting at the Mercedes itself and puncturing its tires," the publication writes.
