The praise also noted the need to separate a number of documents from government mutual relations with the indicated commercial structures. Learn about contracts, documentation of competitive bidding, etc. We really appreciate that the reason for the criminal re-investigation was the fact that “designated subjects of the state government diverted the funds from the amount of over 166 million UAH. on a number of enterprises, which show signs of fictitiousness.” However, according to the practice that has developed among law enforcement agencies, the achievements are being destroyed by the fact of evil in Energoatom. At this time, the law enforcement authorities are not aware of the facts. The Company obtains a collection of documents and materials that can later be used to blackmail counterparties. Zhodna on the right has not been brought to trial. Why? Food is more rhetorical...
Caring for procedural actions, the investigator of the group of investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine Privalov O.V.
The search originated from the office of the President of the Company, although law enforcement officials were informed that in his office there are no documents that they were collected to the court’s praise. Also, the investigator was given a sheet at the address of the GPU dated August 20, 2014, in which the Company informed about the fact that it had received permission to familiarize itself with these documents, which was given to the Company before. Thus, the entire array of necessary documents was collected, which were obtained from law enforcement officers in the adjacent DP NAJC “Energoatom”.
At the same time, a demonstrative observation was published under the video recording in the office of the Energoatom resident Nedashkovsky Yu.O. The result is amazing: the presentation materials of the VAT “Kharkiv Scientific Research and Design Institute “Energoproekt” (about 35 pages) with photographs of the location, diagrams of the dynamics of growth were found and received wages, taxes. Before the speech, in the praise about the screening, this enterprise is not included. Moreover, the court did not praise the other enterprise, as the “support group” of the investigator O. Privalov – DP “Skhidnyi Girnicho-Zubagachuvalniy Kombinat” – was already mentioned. The enterprise is widely aware of those who are really excited by the prospects for the development of the domestic nuclear-industrial complex, and are unlikely to know those who are producing nuclear fuel, including as a source of finance for power equipment.
After the discovery of the presentation of KHIEP, the next object of detailed investigation of the investigator in the presidential office became a safe. The President of the Company informed the investigator about the fact that he does not use the safe and did not use it. While in the midst of deep disintegration, the next step was to look at the special speeches of Yu. Nedashkovsky, look at that Gamanian... They were guessing, guessingly, about the tender documentation of twenty enterprises!..
At the same time, searches in other offices were not carried out in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code. Then, we collected, in advance, safes and documents from the state enterprise SkhidGZK. Everything else is just a superficial glance.
Therefore, we can state that for the first time in 20 years of the founding of NAEK Energoatom, an investigation was carried out in the office of the President of the Company. Law enforcement agencies have achieved a truly significant mission: they have brought clarity to the activities of the operator of Ukrainian nuclear power plants - the subsidiary NAJC Energoatom. As it was decided, the office of the President of the DP NAEK “Energoatom” received a presentation from the VAT “Kharkiv Scientific Research and Design Institute “Energoproekt”.
Either way, the answer to the question is put at the title - who staged the “show” with participants from two well-known departments - the GPU and the UBOZ, which means: who cares about two stably operating enterprises in the nuclear industry Galusi, which today are defending along the energetic front. For the loss of minds in the country of Vugill, for the minds of the gas shortage of the AES of Ukraine itself, we lose our first violin in the past autumn-winter maximum. Today, a large-scale work has been launched in the region directly related to labor pressure and import substitution (especially from the Russian Federation). Powered by companies from the EU and USA. Where is the work from the received investment?
It goes without saying that law enforcement agencies do not routinely respect or respect their law enforcement agencies. Energoatom repeatedly makes allegations of evildoers, but they are not investigated. Well, in this case, in order to calmly receive the documents that the company is ready to provide voluntarily in a new relationship, and at any time, dozens of flint men who could stand in the ATO zone to rob showing the show in the best traditions of pre-revolutionary Ukraine, paralyzing the work of the enterprise - the AES operator - for the whole day.
Now, Energoatom’s lawyers are preparing a statement to the law enforcement agencies, in which it is important to separate showmen from saboteurs, and even without fear of inspection, the “corrosiveness” of such actions is obvious. And this is not the essence of the Ukrainian state.
For example, it is significant that the level of access to law enforcement agencies in Ukraine is low. Individuals who may serve the established law and order themselves destroy it. Use your special status for purposes other than those prescribed by law. This is not our fixed thought. This is a secret fact. And such low-grade dramatizations with the intention of belittling and discrediting their spivitchniks, attaching labels to them, do not harbor renewed trust.
Comment by the President of the DP NAEK "Energoatom" Nedashkovsky Yu.O. Based on what I had learned, I developed a feeling of hostility that the task force, which yesterday visited Energoatom, was acting on the end of the Russian treaty. Possibly, don’t guess about it. The method is based on the agreement with the SkhidGZK for the supply of raw uranium for its upcoming supply as a warehouse nuclear fuel within the framework of import substitution. Before the speech, the bill for the regulation of food, which was secretly divided by Energoatom into the newly appointed Prime Minister of Ukraine, has been lying around in bureaucratic offices for several months now. And this is the hour of actual war. Unfortunately, the fifth column is present in all government agencies, including law enforcement.
