In just one month, 39 billion hryvnias disappeared from the State Treasury of Ukraine. At the beginning of December, the agency's reserves stood at approximately 50 billion hryvnias; now they slightly exceed 9 billion.
It remains unknown where this money went and what it was spent on. Law enforcement agencies have not commented on the loss of this significant sum, but the State Treasury press service reported a 5,3-fold reduction in the amount of funds.
At the same time, the press service also did not answer how the almost 40 billion hryvnias, which is almost 1,7 billion US dollars at the current exchange rate, could have been spent.
