At the Contact Group talks between representatives of Ukraine, the self-proclaimed "DPR" and "LPR," with the participation of the OSCE, a protocol on a ceasefire in Donbas was signed on Friday, effective at 6:00 PM. Sources close to the talks informed Interfax-Ukraine.
"A ceasefire protocol was signed effective 6:00 PM Friday. It's a 14-point protocol that covers all aspects of control, prisoner exchanges, and other matters," the agency's source said.
Other details of the agreements have not yet been disclosed.
