The most obscene thing was the vote for Detailed Territory Plans (DPT) of the capital's microdistricts. A little clarification: the idea of DPT in Kiev allows, bypassing the General Plan of Kiev, which at the very least, until 2020, transfers the recognition of dozens of hectares to oblivion. In fact, there, according to the General Plan, there are green areas, a square and a low-profile Kievrada with one stroke of a pen allows you to start a rich everyday life. The most cynical in all things are those who decide to vote for the opposition political forces, as represented in Kievrad. Language is about “Samopomich” and “Batkivshchyna”. In words they are fighting against the power in Kiev together with Vitaly Klitschko. Meanwhile, the hall stinks of voting for odious decisions. Varto remember the scandalous story behind the efforts of one of the “Samopomoch” deputies, Roman Marchenko, to forget the park on Glibochytska Street, 5, near the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital. Thus, the vote for a detailed plan for the territory on Tupolev Street, not far from the Nyvki metro station, which changed the designation of 61 hectares of land, demonstrated how the Kyivradi deputies actually allowed this territory to be forgotten by the odious ex-head Shevchenko RDA, the great “Litvinovite” people’s deputy Viktor Pilipishin. On the right is that this land is under a vegetable base, as there are many other reasons for this by privatizing Pylypyshyn, opening the exhibition center “Kyivekspoplaza” on this territory, as well as taking over greenhouses for growing kvitiv. Now the whole earth is being scoured by Forget. Consider the fact that Pylypyshyn has long been working with all the main construction companies in Kiev, which is where everything is paid for. According to experts, in this territory there will be 50 rich surfaces, from social infrastructure - at least two kindergartens.

It’s important that in this plan all the main life events are planned for the next 5-7 years, while the activities of the sports and wellness center are transferred in just 15-20 years.
However, as Klitschka regularly states, there is no place in Kiev for garage cooperatives to take up space, and instead of which there will be plenty of surface parking, all garage-building cooperatives have The districts are planned to be located here and far away. Why weren't they chained up? First of all, this is a great shady business, which can be “criticized” not only on the equal level of the KMDA, but also in the Verkhovna Rada. Otherwise, once cooperatives have been formed, then large-scale protests near Kievradi can be canceled. And that’s what the “fuckers” didn’t even want.
Tim, moreover, it’s summer, and now it’s a hot season for quiet, dark schemes. Varto notes that immediately - in the middle of the summer - Kievrada became seriously active, holding regular meetings. The explanation is simple: they are simply not respected. Also at the same time, when many deputies have gone to the exit point, they are quickly registering various projects and decisions about the allocation of land. Thus, in just one decade from 4 to 10 lindens, 44 projects for land management solutions were registered in Kievrad. They stink...
The only one who publicly spoke out against this land scam was People's Deputy Yuriy Levchenko, who stated that he was preparing to go to court to deal with the illegal decisions of Kyivradi, so that absolutely illegal decisions would be fought well acceptance of detailed plans for the territory. However, judges are good, but if you change the current system, the courts will have to deal with problems. Through the market in Kievrad, which is obscenely “sponsored” by the forgetters, dozens of new DPTs are being sent to the capital, so as to simply remake the place, which is now in a pitiful state, in a “dead zone”, where it will simply be impossible to live.
Before the speech, at the predicted meeting in Kiev, the longtime friend of President Petro Poroshenko, the protector of the head of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction in the Verkhovna Rada, Igor Kononenko, did not lose without bonuses (Read more: Igor Kononenko, the President's Army Buddy). Kievrada leased a plot of land near Pushcha-Voditsa to LLC “International Tennis Academy”, which is associated with Kononenko (the sports director is his son Vitaly), “for the operation and maintenance of the and a sports and health complex.” From the contract of rent, they removed the mystery about the need to have a children's and youth sports school there, since the place initially transferred the land to Kononenko's structures in 2014. So now power is private. Based on these decisions, the lease term is 25 rubles, the land area is 2,6 hectares, the rent amount is 3% of the plot’s value (approximately 963 thousand hryvnias per river).
The outer stone of this situation does not lie in everyday life itself. Kiev, as if no one wanted to be there, is a metropolis that is growing for the size of its residents, and for which it needs life. But there is one thing: the existence of such a large number of living conditions will require fundamental changes in the housing and communal system of the place. And the language is not only about roads and not in the communication system. And I would like in such elementary speeches, such as the existence of new schools and kindergartens, the emergence of new sports and health facilities. Vitaliy Klychka doesn’t want to think about all this. But now the shortage of space in the gardens is beginning to become an even more serious problem for the kiyans. And all these problems are growing in our snowball.
Obviously, this whole damn situation, first and foremost, is connected with the current system of city management. This system is as simple as a door – it means wild corruption, a willingness to use any tricks for the sake of the earth, and also the presence of strategic thought. Thankfully, it’s worth it to come and steal from the nouveau riche, the bosses of such people. At the top of this pyramid is Vitaliy Klitschko, who acts as a miraculous screen for forgetful corruptors. The rest of us don’t want to change anything. And then there is no chance for any clear changes in the area.
The problem lies in the fact that there are no real figures who could destroy the Kiev “swamp” by changing the political discourse in the capital. However, once there is an anti-populist technocrat in Kiev who can put in a boxer measure and begin the cleansing of the “Augean camps,” we can talk about the beginning of serious metamorphoses not only in the capital, but also in the whole country.
