Artem Shevchenko, head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' communications department, posted a video online of a meeting between Odessa Oblast Governor Mikheil Saakashvili and Russian businessman Dmitry Mazepin, owner of Uralchem.

According to the Interior Ministry spokesperson, this is the recording that sparked the conflict between Saakashvili and Interior Minister Arsen Avakov at yesterday's meeting of the National Reform Council. The video itself has been publicly available for at least a week.

It's worth noting that during the heated argument during the council meeting, Avakov lost his temper, calling Saakashvili a "traveller." Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk also sided with the minister.

We have already written that Saakashvili had previously accused a number of officials and Yatsenyuk himself of corruption. In response, deputies from the BPP, in particular, spoke out against the governor of the Odessa region. Dmitry Golubov, stating that the "Georgian reformer" is spending money from the ATO soldiers' charitable foundation on himself.
