The “Udarivtsy” selected 30 hectares in Troyeshchyna, from which 10 rocks were illegally stolen

The court ordered the “Vertical” enterprise of the “Dzvin Nadiya” Charitable Foundation to turn over the Kiev Municipal District for a plot of land with an area of 30 hectares, which was cultivated in the village of Troyeshchyna, between the street. Lenina and vul. Tolstoy in the Desnyansky district of Kiev. Please confirm the ruling of the Kiev Court of Appeal of the Lord on the 24th of Wednesday.

In 2002, the company leased a plot of land with an area of 61,74 hectares for the establishment of individual cottage-type cabins in the village of Troyeshchina between Lenin and Tolstoy streets near the Desnyansky district Kiev.
In the spring of 2004, the city of Kievrad decided to acquire 30 hectares from the plots seen under production and reserve them for land reserves of living and huge waste. Under this, the Main Directorate of Land Resources of the KMDA was entrusted with filing for approval of changes, and the Vertical enterprise was entrusted with making changes to the lease agreement regarding the configuration of the plot.
However, at the same time, Kievrad and the enterprise signed an agreement to change the lease agreement for the entire 61,74 hectares.
In 2008, when the decision was submitted to the court, the Main Directorate of Land Resources of the KMDA renewed the terms of the lease for a plot with an area of 61,74 hectares by 5 more.
In 2013, the Department of Land Resources registered the enterprise's application for the final renewal of the lease agreement. The situation was explained to the prosecutor of the Desnyansky district of Kiev.
The judges of the first two instances were satisfied with the requests of the prosecutor's office and found out the unprofitable agreement about making changes to the lease agreement signed in 2004; a plot with an area of 30 hectares and crops were turned to Kievrad.
The judges stated that in 2004 Kievrada actually acquired a plot of 30 hectares from the Vertical enterprise. And subsequently, the decision to lease this land was not accepted, and the land management project was not disbursed.
In accordance with the General Plan of Kiev for the period up to 2020, a part of the plot with an area of 30 hectares was transferred for the creation of a park area for the medical center, the territory of large buildings and disputes (opiology center).
