The case of Elena Netishenskaya from Gosinformjust will be reviewed by the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The Anti-Corruption Court, following the recusal of two judges, appointed a new panel and scheduled a preliminary hearing for early October.
Following the replacement of judges, the High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing to consider the plea agreement reached between the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and Elena Netishenska, former deputy general director of the state-owned enterprise Gosinformjust.
The High Anti-Corruption Court made this decision on September 15, reports “Word and deed».
"To schedule a preparatory court hearing in the courtroom of the High Anti-Corruption Court for October 4, 2022, at 3:30 PM in criminal proceedings No. 52022000000000231 of August 25, 2022 against (Elena Netishenska - ed.), accused of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.", the decision says.
It states that on September 7, by order of the High Anti-Corruption Court, a preparatory hearing was scheduled for September 12. On that day, Judges Sergei Moisak and Timur Khamzin recused themselves from this case, and their requests were upheld. The protocol for reassignment has appointed Judges Ekaterina Shiroka and Natalia Movchan to hear this criminal case.
As is known, on April 27, 2022, NABU and SAP notified the former general director of the State Information and Information System (Gosinformjust) Leonid Bogdanov, his former deputies Bezpalko and Olena Netishenska, and the head of the private company Asten-MN, Anni Ponomarenko (Voloshchuk), of suspicion of embezzling more than 7,7 million hryvnias.
According to the investigation, between January 2014 and February 2015, the suspects entered into contracts to supply TrueConf videoconferencing software to territorial justice agencies and enforcement agencies. In fact, the companies with whom the contracts were signed did not provide the services, and there was no demand for the products at the time. As a result of these actions, the state, represented by Derzhinformjust, suffered losses exceeding UAH 7,7 million.
