Valencia, Stepan Chernovetsky, Nizenko, Kolobov and other "drapushki"

drapushkoThe Prosecutor General's Office, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, I'm fucking around, and so on... You have a ton of work to do, but you're unlikely to do it. It's more likely that, for example, Spanish law enforcement will do it for you. They've taken on Styopa Chernovetskyi. We hope he gets locked up. In Spain. He shouldn't be extradited. Because he's got half the parliament bribed, led by Berezenko, Kononenko, and that boy Dovgy. So, Spain. Our correspondent in Valencia accidentally stumbled upon a huge SUV with Kyiv license plates. This isn't surprising for the Costa Blanca, where citizens like Nizenko have long been living. Kolobov And others. They live in Altea Hills and don't give a damn. But they have different license plates. And here, some new sucker has clearly arrived. They were curious to know who it was. It turned out to be a certain Rostislav Drapushko, formerly Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Pavlenko, the young con man and bathhouse attendant under Yushchenko. And now just the director of the Koncha-Ozernaya sanatorium and some clerk at the Olympic Stadium. Basically, a small fry, a corrupt official, not even a middling one, but a minor one. But look, he managed to steal enough to live in Valencia. And become a "Knight of the Order of St. Stanislaus." He just hasn't had time to change the license plates on his jeep yet. And still. Where did he get the money? Or, as usual, is his wife in business?

We hope Spanish law enforcement is keeping track of such SUVs. We decided to ask what life is like not in sunny Valencia, but in the Koncha-Ozernaya sanatorium. And you know, it's probably precisely because life is so lousy in Koncha-Ozernaya that Drapushko lives very well in Valencia. We had "titushki" (bosses) who beat people up for money, but there are also "drapushki" (bosses) who live happily in Spain and elsewhere using money stolen in Ukraine. Poroshenko will destroy everything Yanukovych didn't finish. He has a tennis academy there with swimming pools and gyms for 20.000 hryvnias a year. What does he need ordinary people for? I want him and his children to suffer like ordinary, vulnerable people in our country. Try finding another swimming pool like that. The state built it with public money, and some scum is destroying it.

Full Armageddon. That's it, it's over!!! The buildings are closed, the wage borgs are again on the rise, in the village people have the same temperature as on the street, the batteries in the buildings are bursting, the energy borgs are already behind the river, and even more, all the doctors have been driven out, in one of the premises already the stele has fallen………. And at this hour, the thief and embezzler of the embezzlement flies to another continent to enjoy a cruise. It was impossible to come up with any extra work with accounting documents and that was it. From now on there will be a quiet privatization. What's new to the prosecutor, detectives, police?! Maybe in a share?

Dramatic changes in a year. The official website has disappeared. All the buildings are closed, but even in the only open central building, a most unpleasant surprise awaits you: lukewarm tap water and cold radiators 24/7. And outside it's -20 degrees Celsius. As a result, the room temperature is 13 degrees Celsius. For those lucky enough to have an oil-filled radiator, the temperature is 16 degrees Celsius. You have to sleep in a sweater and warm pants under three blankets. Your immune system can't handle the 24-hour stress and torture of cold, and you leave the "sanatorium" with a flare-up of sinusitis, followed by pain, medications, and the feeling of being deceived. This year, the staff no longer takes out the trash from the rooms; residents are being asked to take their own trash to a designated spot outside. It seems as if this state-owned sanatorium, the pearl of Pushcha-Voditsa, is being deliberately destroyed by someone with far-reaching, selfish plans. But to torture the people who came to the sanatorium like that, turning them into an experimental cold-testing group! And there are pensioners and children there!

Well, the sanatorium's takeover has begun. Drapushko himself couldn't handle it, so they assigned his godfather Kapustin to help him. Everything will be clear soon. All the buildings are already closed, the people have been fired. The holiday is coming.

As someone who's vacationed here before, I'm curious if the director of Pushcha-Ozernaya has a Panamanian passport or a cabin on some island lined up. These days, the "lustrator" is like the ancient NKVD; they can walk right past the gate at any time.

Good evening everyone. I'm really curious, was Drapushko himself the one who wrote the modest praises in the previous comment, trying to soften the already awful situation? The phrase is a bit pricey, but not fatally so—it's the cynicism of the fake-diploma director of a sanatorium there. For that kind of money, you could easily point your finger at any point on the globe and fly off to enjoy genuine service and relaxation. Perhaps for the first time in the history of this resort, entering the high season, no one even thought about slightly refreshing the rooms or updating the soft furnishings. As for the so-called housekeeping, the only thing that changed was that the women who had previously been on staff were suddenly transferred to a clearing company controlled by Drapushko. The goal is clear to everyone—blatant money laundering, not cleanliness and order. The kitchen deserves special attention, as during my service on Sakhalin, I was fed much better in the barracks. The lawn is burnt, the flowerbeds have disappeared along with the entire greenhouse, people are now drinking and smoking on the beach... Yes, gazebos and so-called fishing spots have appeared, but the question is for whom and for what purpose? The answer is simple: these gazebos are for pure commerce and strangers, not for vacationers. The goal is personal gain. The camp situation is also somewhat interesting. Camp "Accord" with sane, normal children and competent teachers was here before. The same, of course, cannot be said about this year's new addition, I mean the so-called Artek. Just one small detail: if the new camp was so highly praised here, why did the ragamuffin arrange for his child and the children of his RYGIonal friends to vacation at the previously known "Accord" camp?
Well, somehow the improvement described earlier didn't work out)

Who saw that horror called ARTEK yesterday?! So much noise, so much show-off, and the result was that there were only 10 kids at the opening of the second shift of ARTEK in the forest!!!!! And about 20 counselors and the like. The great leaders have stolen the money again!!! Holy shit, is this scumbag director shelling out so the prosecutor's office won't touch him?!

Sanatorium "Pushcha Ozernaya", review from June 17, 2015. Rating: 1 out of 10

A nightmare and a horror. This has been our family's traditional sanatorium for many years. But this season, we're simply shocked by the conditions and service. Added to the looming devastation is the so-called "Artek"—crazy kids with rude counselors. Plus, there are the traditional "Pioneer" activities—a wake-up call for the entire camp; chants and screams; running and fighting; discos and bonfires, with all that entails. There's simply no room for vacationers at the sanatorium now.
Bottom line:
We had a hard time getting our money back for the trip. Our first request was met with a categorical (both rude and offensive) refusal. A brief explanation of our next steps finally worked, and we got our money back.
Advice for everyone: avoid this place. It's not the same pleasant and comfortable place it was even a year ago.

Sanatorium "Pushcha Ozernaya", review from June 9, 2015. Rating: 1 out of 10

Words cannot describe this horror. I've never experienced such a nightmare here in all my many years at the sanatorium!!! I checked in on Monday and will return my voucher tomorrow, assuming I get a refund. All the beautiful greenery and trees are gone. It turns out the trees were cut down between fall and spring to heat the greenhouse, which now holds not luxurious flowers and seedlings for flowerbeds, but dill and parsley, which are successfully sold at the capital's markets for personal gain. Instead of the artistically planted flowers of various kinds in the sanatorium's flowerbeds, there's now unplowed virgin soil, no one turns on the restored fountain, the food is disgusting, some kind of facilities have appeared on the beach for who knows what purpose, you have to pay for all the treatments, the pool is out of order, and the staff is in utter despair over six months of unpaid wages! I suspected, of course, that the year-long management change was planned for some kind of scam, but I didn't want to believe it. Alas...

Well, after it was reported that reviews of the sanatorium and its "great" managers had been removed, the site administration decided to reinstate some of the reviews. Coincidence, I don't think.

Sanatorium "Pushcha Ozernaya", review from August 21, 2014.

I didn’t rest here, but worked for over 20 days. Lord, what kind of plague has attacked such a health center? Blessed Mother of God, feel the prayers of the health care workers and guests of the sanatorium. What kind of inversions are the Keruvati considered? Last year I visited Pushcha-Ozerniy with a sister-in-law, who turned 75 years old. What can I say, the team is in love. All the people left after visiting the sanatorium with the viper Oliynik Viktor Ivnovich, so now the comrade Drapushko Rostislav Grigorovich has arrived, and also for the reason at the planting of the first intercessor of Yevseev Viktor Ivanovich. Why didn’t the sister-health workers of the sanatorium complex “Pushcha-Ozerna” tell us about the daily innovations of the non-graduate Drapushka and its surrogates? Pass people by; people who had lost their jobs for the song lottery were denied changes in their salaries; they are talking about the closure of the sanatorium in the autumn-winter period; setting standards for the payment of funds to the special fund for the provision of medical services; I don’t feel anyone dying; we increased prices for travel packages; pennies began to be spent for the skins of the Pushcha wind. The unfortunate first defender, Yevseev Viktor Volodymyrovich, suddenly lost his job in a government enterprise for a rich private benefit. Still “working” in DUSI as the protector of the kerivnik, Yevseev served as his mother with the help of the workers of the sanatorium “Pushcha-Ozerna”, who was also the kerivnik of the sanatorium Oliynyk. The hours have changed, and the supply of free labor is no longer available. So everyone, to this day, can be taken into a service vehicle by police officers and driven to work as a laborer. The sanatorium doesn’t want to prepare a home menu for the rest of the day, just like it regularly picks up your driver in a service car.
Naturally, such a private-corporate ideology has its purpose and goal, which could lead to the end of a sanatorium. Today it is clear that the territory has stopped being cleaned up, the fountain and lawn watering are no longer working, workers are being treated like powerful slaves, people are starting to get angry.

Sanatorium "Pushcha Ozernaya", review from August 12, 2014.

The resort is a great place to relax with children. There's plenty for them to do, including a modern playground, a beach, clean air, and more.
It’s just sad that less than three weeks have passed since the appointment of the new “reformer” director, and the changes are already noticeable to everyone.
The grounds aren't even cleaned along the central paths anymore. I've been vacationing here for years, and I've never seen such a filthy chestnut alley, with ankle-deep leaves. Mr. Drabushko has decided that the sanatorium is his private property and he decides which vacationers can enter and where, blocking the roads with barriers, even though everyone pays entrance and parking fees. I'd like to remind this incompetent manager that this is a state-run sanatorium, and he's just an employee.
It's interesting why such a leader was appointed, to replace a truly genuine leader whose work has actually led to positive changes, as many of the resort's guests have noticed.
I think that the idea behind this change of management is the desire to “disperse” the land belonging to the sanatorium, and turn the sanatorium itself into a “private shop.”
I really want to make a mistake and come back next year and see, if not improvements, then at least a sanatorium in a clean and well-maintained condition, with adequate management.

Sanatorium "Pushcha Ozernaya", review from August 12, 2014.

And how could someone like Drapushko, who has no higher education, be appointed director??? Where is our guarantor of the Constitution looking?
In just a few days, many vacationers noticed the incompetent director, DRAPUSHKA. He takes vacation fees in cash in his office, overwrites them, and deletes the information from the cameras so that no one can see how much cash he withdraws when every car checks into the resort. The food has gotten worse. He only accepts vacationers who check in and pay for their stay in his office. He treats everyone else with condescension and refuses to hear any complaints.
It is very bad that we have such leaders today!!!

By the way, they say this Drapushko sanatorium is deliberately letting it fall into disrepair so he can sell it to the oligarch Taruta. Or maybe he's already sold it, who knows. That's not the point. Just think about how many of these "Drapushkos" there are in Ukraine? How much have they stolen? The Prosecutor General's Office, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, fuck! Why do we need IMF loans? Return the stolen money to the budget, you bastards, and don't just squeeze it out of the thieves' pockets.
