The order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on the inventory of the Odessa "Lermontovsky Clinical Sanatorium" No. 28/7 dated January 28, 2015 is illegal and aimed at the raider seizure of the sanatorium's property.
The Ministry of Justice was in such a hurry to carry out the takeover that it couldn't even wait for the registration of the state enterprise tasked with conducting an inventory of the property of the Lermontovsky sanatorium.
The business clan, to which the Ministry of Justice transferred control of the newly created state-owned enterprise "Lermontovsky Sanatorium," is attempting to seize the sanatorium's property even before its legal transfer.
The reason is clear! It's the lack of accountability for the destruction of the sanatorium.
Minister of Justice of Ukraine Petrenko Pavel Dmitrievich (Read more about it in the article Pavel Petrenko, the "pocket" boy of the Yatsenyuk "Family") and the newly appointed management of the State Enterprise "Lermontovsky Sanatorium" will not bear any responsibility for the theft of the "Lermontovsky Clinical Sanatorium", since the property of the sanatorium was not transferred to them under the acceptance certificate.
The movable and immovable property of the sanatorium is still owned by PJSC LOUPU "Ukrprofzdravnytsia" and has not been transferred to any ministries or departments.
After receiving the sanatorium's property in accordance with established legal procedures, the Ministry of Justice and its close business clan will not be able to operate with impunity. That's why they're in such a hurry.
The public organization "Rule of Law" has launched its own investigation into the corporate raid on the Lermontov Sanatorium. For each violation identified, reports will be filed for investigation and prosecution of the perpetrators.

about the verification
The community organization “Rule of Law” became aware of the founding of the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 52-r dated January 21, 2015. Soon the indestructible lane of the DP "Clinical sanatorium "Lermontovsky" PJSC "Ukrprofozdorovnitsa"" near the Odessa metro station was brought to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
On the issuance of a highly designated Order to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine issued Order No. 28/7 dated 01/28/2015. about carrying out an inventory of the main assets and other non-current assets, inventories, pennies, expenses in the development departments and other items on the balance sheet of the DP “Sanatorium “Lermontovsky”.
In addition, the State Organization “Rule of Law” became aware that according to the State Register of the South American Federation, the State Enterprise “Sanatorium “Lermontovsky” was registered on the 29th of 2015, and the Order of the Ministry Justice of Ukraine No. 28/7 about the creation of the commission of this sovereign enterprise, adopted “28” since 2015. This order was accepted as a result of acceptance, which did not exist at the time the order was received.
