As part of the investigation into the hostile takeover of the Tenth Bread Factory (Dnipro) and the Dnipromlyn plant, both part of Vadim Nesterenko's Riston Holding, the Main Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has begun issuing initial suspicion notices.

According to Nesterenko's statements, distributed in the media, the final defendants in the case should be Alexander Vilkul and Maxim Romanenko. He plans to seek justice in London's High Court.

Earlier, media reported that Vilkul and Romanenko seized bakeries in Pavlograd, Nikopol, Novomoskovsk, and Dnepr.
