Vitrenko has no plans to resign from his post as acting head of the Ministry of Energy.

Yuri Vitrenko

The Ministry of Energy's press service denied reports that Yuriy Vitrenko had resigned from his position as acting minister.

The official's own comment with the relevant information appeared on the official website Ministry of Energy on Facebook:

"Today, Yuriy Vitrenko returned to his duties as Minister of Energy after a mission to Qatar," the ministry noted.

Vitrenko himself called the rumors about his departure manipulative:

"Rumors about complaints from the government, the Office of the President, and international partners regarding the work of the Ministry of Energy under my chairmanship are manipulative. … I am currently continuing to serve as Acting Minister of Energy and preparing for a trip as part of the official Ukrainian delegation for the Ukrainian President's visit abroad, which is scheduled for the coming days."

Ранее Skelet.Org reported that Acting Minister of Energy Vitrenko declared almost 12 million hryvnias in interest from bank deposits.
