The Moscow City Court refused to lift the seizure of a building in central Moscow belonging to the company Elite Holding. The seizure was imposed based on a petition from the investigator investigating the criminal case against Kolomoisky.

Elite Holding intends to remove Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky from the list of founders, company lawyer Natalia Soboleva told RIA Novosti.

Earlier on Monday, the Moscow City Court refused to lift the seizure of a building in central Moscow belonging to the company Elite Holding. The seizure was imposed based on a petition from the investigator investigating the criminal case against Kolomoisky.
"We've contacted the tax office demanding an amendment to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) to remove Kolomoisky from the list of founders. If the tax office doesn't do this, we'll sue them for damages from the seizure of the building," Soboleva said. She claims Kolomoisky was never a founder of the company: at one point, he allegedly owned a portion of Elite Holding's shares, but since 2008, he hasn't owned a single share.

Due to the building's seizure, the company is suffering losses, and some tenants have already terminated their contracts, the lawyer recalled.
