Vladimir Zelensky
Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelensky. Biography and compromising information. A dossier on the comedian, the frontrunner in the Ukrainian presidential race, who has both Tymoshenko and Smartlyand Gritsenko и Poroshenko
You can become "candidate Ze's" neighbor for $245,000. There are still empty houses and land in the cottage community where he lives, Varvara Kvitka reports on the website Country.
Recently, 41-year-old showman Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is running for president, filed his declaration electronically and later amended it, adding missing information. Specifically, he included his wife's 2011 BMW X5 and specified that he has owned 300 shares of Green Family LTD (Nicosia, Cyprus) since May 2012. The remaining fields remained unchanged.
The asset declaration revealed that the family of the Kvartal 95 studio's director owns a considerable list of residential properties, including a mansion near Kyiv, five apartments in the capital, and a 90-square-meter apartment in the UK. According to the document, its value at the time of purchase was over 42,000,000 hryvnias, most likely located somewhere in central London. Interestingly, this apartment is the most expensive of all Zelenskyy's properties, and was purchased in November 2014.
However, Zelenskyy is conducting his campaign here in Ukraine, so "Strana" decided to find out where exactly the showman lives. As it turns out, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his family live in the village of Ivankovychi (Vasylkiv district, Kyiv region). The cottage community of "Maitok" is located 30 kilometers from the capital.
According to his asset declaration, the showman purchased his 353-square-meter home in 2008 for 814,855 hryvnias. At the time, the exchange rate was 6,87 hryvnias to the US dollar, meaning the mansion cost $118,610.

Four months later, Vladimir bought 12 acres of land here for 702,240 hryvnia, which was then equivalent to $91,200.
The village of Ivankovichi and the surrounding area are considered one of the most ecologically clean areas of the capital. On one side, the village is surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest, on the other by a birch grove.
A security guard is stationed at the entrance to the cottage community. You'll only be allowed into the grounds if the owner confirms they're expecting you. Viewing the mansions for sale is only possible by prior arrangement with a realtor and only with their accompaniment.
It's worth noting that becoming Zelensky's neighbor costs at least $245,000. This price includes a 25-acre plot of land and a 355-square-meter house, but without finishing work.

The video also shows fragments of the interior of Zelensky's (as Zelensky is known in the showbiz world) home. Specifically, the large kitchen-dining room where he prepares breakfast.

Instead of a garage, there's a carport under which Volodya keeps his luxury cars. Zelensky himself drives a Land Rover SUV, usually with a driver and an escort vehicle with security.
The community boasts a private kindergarten and school, a play area with slides and swings, a sports ground, and park-like paths. A car wash and service station are nearby. Residents also have access to a private lake, stocked with fish each season. There are even competitions for the best fisherman among residents of the community.
Zelensky previously referred to the apartments in this elite area as a "dacha" in interviews, but it's clear the family lives there permanently, not seasonally.
Spouse and children
The comedian met Elena Kiyashko (maiden name) when he was 17. The couple dated for eight years, and in 2003, Vladimir proposed to Elena, and they soon married.

In 2004, they had a daughter, Alexandra, and in 2013, a son, Kirill.
Interestingly, after meeting Zelensky, his girlfriend, Elena, attended his rehearsals and performances. At first, she simply attended brainstorming sessions, but then she involuntarily became involved, suggesting funny moments and inventing situations and sketches. Later, she began touring other cities with the group, and someone suggested Elena become a full-time lyricist. Thus, she found herself as a writer and screenwriter for the 95th Quarter group.

It was she who helped her daughter Sasha win 50,000 hryvnias on the show "Make the Comedian Laugh," where Zelensky himself was a judge.

During her appearance on the show, the girl revealed that her favorite subjects at school are Ukrainian and computer science, and that she also studies drawing, singing, and takes Thai boxing and tennis.

Cars and income
The family's fleet consists of three cars. The showman owns a nearly new Land Rover, purchased in 2016 for almost 5 million hryvnias. His wife owns a Mercedes S 500 4 MATIC and, later added to the declaration, a BMW X5 SUV (2011 model).
In 2017, the artist declared an income of almost 8 million hryvnias. This includes income from shows and concerts, as well as rental income from foreign real estate—apparently, the London apartment in question.
The Zelensky family holds approximately $750000 and one and a half million hryvnia in their bank accounts. The couple uses PrivatBank and OTP Bank.
The couple also owns several companies in Cyprus and the British Virgin Islands. Three of them are registered to Zelenskyy and one to his wife.
