The military prosecutor's office will investigate the case against the SBU for the second time at the request of journalists.

SBUThe Military Prosecutor's Office will investigate for the second time the criminal case opened against SBU officers for obstructing journalistic activity, Radio Liberty reported, citing a prosecutor's order.

We are talking about journalists from the program "Schemes," who were filming a story about corruption in a security agency and were detained by SBU officers.

The first criminal case was opened after SBU officers detained journalists Mykhailo Tkach and Kyrylo Lazarevich, and the journalists contacted the police. However, on April 5, this criminal case was closed.

As a reminder, SBU officers detained journalists from the program "Schemes" on October 2, 2015, using force against them and damaging their equipment. Afterward, Mykhailo Tkach and Kyrylo Lazarevich filed police reports as victims.
