Military Prosecutor Kulik, his real estate and skeletons in the closet

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has launched an investigation into the extensive luxury real estate of military prosecutor Kulik. Oleksandr Ruzhansky, now in custody, was the first to point out the strange discrepancy between Mr. Kulik's income and his rather expensive and extensive real estate holdings in an interview with ORD. Even then, we were surprised by the lack of response to these facts from Kulik's immediate superior, Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios. If the facts regarding Kulik are confirmed, then conclusions regarding Matios himself are also necessary. His inaction can only be explained by two reasons. Either Matios is in cahoots with Kulik, or there is clear incompetence. By the way, what's going on with the thermal imaging camera used by Shokin's killer? Have they found it?

We'd like to provide another tip to NABU regarding Mr. Kulik. Renowned Kyiv lawyer Mykola Eremenko wrote the following regarding Kulik on Facebook:

"I will contribute to the share of prosecutor Kulik. One unsolved criminal act in the killing of Mr. Petoshin. The killing of Mr. Petoshin was done professionally. Two fatal shots. One in the heart, the other in the head.
It was hit on the 10th year of the wound on the door of the apartment on the third stage, if you left the apartment, you want to start talking about the 8th time you left the house. This means that they followed him and the driver, knowing exactly what she would be leaving. Obviously, there will be precise control of the phone.
And, the axis of the dictaphone recording on the right shows that Kulik was diligently trying to persuade the cashers, for whom Petoshin was the primary courier, to give away the money. And with this, I personally heard about the late Petoshin himself and through his gut lawyer.

The pennies that Kulik was so famous for were stolen from Ukrzaliznytsya. And the official investigation, as if they had blinded Kulik, did not find any traces of these pennies, nor the people who made the theft of 260 million.

So, unknown to me, Ruzhansky is not so far from the truth if he fears for his life.

Before the speech, Kulik had a gut lawyer Chernetsky A.P. Tsikavo, is he still alive? Almost every lawyer in Kharkov was shot. And he knew Chernetsky a lot (judging from audio recordings that happened to be recorded in the law). Chernetsky himself won and took money from Kulik’s “clients”. Robot rizikova.”

The story of Petoshin's murder and Ukrzaliznytsia's 260 million rubles is long-standing and extremely murky. A simple Google search won't do the trick; you'll have to delve into the archives and search for witnesses. But... this work could yield not only an answer to the question of where Kulik got those apartments, but also something far more interesting.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau has launched an investigation into the acquisition of expensive real estate by the chief military prosecutor of the ATO forces, Konstantin Kulik, while serving in the military prosecutor's office.

NABU reported this in response to a request from Radio Liberty.

“The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has initiated pre-trial proceedings in connection with the incident you mentioned, under Part Two of Article 368-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal enrichment),” the letter states.

In December, journalists from the Donetsk Pravda newspaper discovered that Kulik and his close relatives had become the owners of several expensive apartments in Kyiv.

Earlier, Kramatorsk military law enforcement sergeant Alexander Ruzhansky, who is on trial for hooliganism, reported the same facts. Ruzhansky claims the case against him is being fabricated based on the leaked incriminating evidence against the military prosecutor.

Kulik himself declined to comment on the accusations by telephone, asking to wait for an official response from the Prosecutor General's Office.
