Apartment maintenance units of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine lay land for tens of millions of dollars in anthracite in the fall of autumn leaves.
The Ukrainians buy from the “gaskets” the Koshtov anthracite, which they buy from the terrorist “Novorosiya”. If you want, Ukrainian vugilla costs twice as much.
Ukraine will still sponsor terrorists in Donbass. This is absolutely logical from the intention of the newly appointed Energy Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn to buy coal from state mines from the ATO zone for the purpose of registration on Ukrainian territory.
Let’s skip the verbal balancing act and let’s take a simple fact – Ukraine pays for voguilla from the DPR/LPR. Obviously, the terrorists have access to a few pennies, while the unarmored miners have no argument in favor of the machine gunners.
The argument for the benefit of the counter-terrorists fades away: “We don’t have anything to fire at the TES, so we need to take everything else.”
True, there is still vibrancy in one’s presence. Apparently, recently President Petro Poroshenko and Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema strangled the contract for the import of African vugilla. The stench itself, due to the suspicion of a corruption margin of 7-10%, prompted the owner of “Mont Steel” to take advantage of “Ukrinterenergo” already at the end of the disastrous season. At this point, Yarema allowed himself to declare: “The vugilla that they brought from the African Republic should not burn in our TES.”
Shchopravda, Yarema forgot to tell Rinat Akhmetov about it, having created megastats on energy and vugilla. DTEK, but it only became known about the Great Power of the African Vugill, having bought the fire, which was already in the dosage. Tobto Akhmetov is on fire, but Yaremi is not.
We would like to know about another story related to the DPR-LPR anthracite. The final fact is simple. If you buy anthracite at once, then today this product will arrive to you only from the occupied territories.
If you don’t buy vugilla for TES, because due to technological nuances you need to burn the anthracite itself, but you buy vugilla for some neighborhood or school boiler house, then you have a choice - you can buy vugilla other brands. For example, this is the name of the vugilla of the gas group. It is easier to burn the lower anthracite in the boiler; the “gas” coal fragments do not require additional air blowing.
One nuance in accounting. If your task is that the batteries in the cabins on your territory were hot, then there is no need to burn anything to get the necessary amount of calories. A single exchange - burning water will not be too expensive for your boiler room. The very “gas” vugilla miraculously replaces anthracite - it does not break the boilers and does not burn.
But there is one nuance. The calorific value of “gas” coal is lower than that of anthracite. So to burn one calorie of “gas” you need to burn more. And with this very fork I explain my thirst for anthracite and the decoys.
Our fall is about to come. Housing and operational units of the Ministry of Defense throughout Ukraine (we go to hundreds of military towns) near the autumn leaves are laying land for supplying anthracite for tens of millions. The last drop is the tender of the housing and maintenance department of the Moscow Region in Odessa, which won the Valeya company for AC grade anthracite for UAH 4,46 million. according to the negotiation procedure. The price was 2,898 UAH. per ton, which is twice as expensive not only during peacetime, but also during spring tenders.
At the same time, the same “Bulletin of Sovereign Purchases” clearly shows how the Neva government officials buy “gas” voguilla twice as cheaply. For example, it was reported for the Zmiivsky district administration (Kharkiv region) on 25 leaf fall, adding DG grade vugill at 1500 UAH/t.
Therefore, it is doubtful that there is much more need to burn cheap “gas” instead of expensive anthracite from terrorists and so that it would be economically feasible for us to turn to Roman Zhuk, a ceramic maker of the Svit company SR" (sells vugillas throughout Ukraine). The axis of its development and focus on the purchase of the Odessa KEV and the Bilgorod-Dnistrovskaya KECH of the Ministry of Defense (here an agreement with Good Deal LLC for the supply of anthracite vugille AM has been accepted and not yet signed (13-25) at 3,066 UAH/t):
With the use of vugille for scorching in the public sector, there are no difficulties when switching from anthracite to other brands of vugill. You can switch to vugilla of similar brands to anthracites: song (P), weakly adhesive (SS) or fatter (F), the calorific value of which is the same as anthracite, or to the gas group of vugilla: G, DG, D. When in Ukraine You can buy bottles of wood grades P, Zh, G and DG, and you can also import wood grades P and SS, which were previously cheaper for anthracite.
In summer, the price at the pickers has increased. Starting from the beginning of 2014, the rate is approximately 100 UAH/t with the basic indicators of ordinary vugill being 23% ash and 8,9% vol. For vugilla class 13 and the highest increase in prices in the spring amounted to approximately 500 UAH/t from intermediaries and 200 UAH/t from producers.
For a proper analysis, it is necessary to determine such an indicator as the calorific value (caloric content) of vugilla, for which vugilla is vicorized.

All prices indicated by stars were insured from the transport warehouse insurance – 200 UAH per maximum permissible value per 1 ton.
In the table below, the fact is obvious: the price of one calorie for anthracite purchased by the military through a non-competitive procedure is twice the price of a calorie for “gas” coal.
To loosen the quantity of coal, which can be used instead of purchasing anthracite, based on the data given in the table below.
Thus, when purchasing anthracites for the Odessa KEV and the Bilgorod-Dnistrovskaya KEC, the overexpenditure of budget costs becomes:
It is obvious that the replacement of the obtained grades of anthracite would be compensated for through the purchase of a large amount of coal gas group and imported grade SSOM and would lead to savings prices from 37% to 54%!

As a matter of fact, the price is successfully inflated by leaps and bounds, about tens of millions, and the post-owners of even a small number of companies. There is no great sense to tinker with these “gaskets” created under this very situation. It’s easier to marvel at the key characters.
