2 days after the Revolution, and 100 days after the elections to the local authorities, we decided to ask what had really changed in the state, and in which suburbs we were now excessively corrupt people. We started our investigations from the Kuznetsovskaya site, trying to trace who the people are who are responsible for the improvement of the nuclear power plant and the extent to which it was determined for their care as a system. management of the place, as well as the storage warehouse.
In the nuclear capital of Western Ukraine, the post of mayor was suddenly taken over by the non-party Sergiy Anoshchenko, who in 2010 ran for the Green Planet party (according to the Great Rakhun, a satellite of the Party Regions"). Already in 2015, Mr. Anoshchenko’s father put forward a measure against the new post-Maidan political force of the “Communal Movement “People’s Control”. Below about the “merits” of the new and old mayor.
First of all, it immediately strikes us that Serhiy Anoshchenko can rightfully reach the symbolic “Book of Records of Ukrainian Measures”, which remains the only mayor’s head in Ukraine, which They voted for impeachment, and three times through the court they were seen in the planting, obviously not without the help of the Party of Regions, which had been loyal until then. As a result of Mr. Anoshchenko’s serious conflicts with representatives of the opposition forces in the region between 2010 and 2013, it is impossible to call these hours favorable for the place. Nearly two fates from the current period of being in the plantation, the master’s head was officially more than once removed from the vacancy of his service obligations. And for whom there was always a sufficient number of voices in the hall, either to determine the untrustworthy measure or the legitimate way to instill his renewed importance. The role of support for the new post-Maidan political force “People’s Control” in the elections also played an important role in such displays. This time with the intercessor of the mayor’s head for finance, the ideological “regionalist” Nina Zubretskaya. The appointment was cynical and resulted in the disruption of the voting procedure and the possible bribery of deputies. It seems likely that Nina Oleksiivna, a native of Murmansk and a follower of the “Opposition Bloc,” provoked a flurry of criticism and stormy protests from the local people, who revived the nickname “Eternal Protector” among the people. Following the words of the residents of the place, who, for the purposes of government security, were encouraged to lose the unknown, Nina Oleksiyevna, with the help of rich rocks, vikory and possibilities, completely harmonized the business with the interests of her man - Mikhail Zubretsky, hryvnia millionaire and ruler of the so-called “Rinku Zubretsky” at Kuznetsovsky.
Obviously, being the head of a well-known millionaire, there is a need for employment with an official salary of 5 thousand. the hryvnia is deprived of full maturity. It would seem that before this lady there would have been little need to support so-called anti-corruption fighters, as they call themselves Zokrema, both representatives of the Svoboda party and the People's Control, who are part of the coalition majority. However, as you can see, “the raven never kills the raven.”
It’s a great pity that there is not a single representative of so much power, in connection with which the locals agree with their new and old master’s head. The community is working tirelessly, and is always trying to take part in the political life of the place. Therefore, the situation does not look hopeless, and with proper management, Kuznetsovsk can easily become a viable economical and industrial “locomotive” that can pull the entire region along with it.
In this context, the activity of the Kuznetsov community increased our respect for another important fact. In 2012, the future company “Parkove Mistechko” entered the market of nuclear power plants, having won the tender for the construction of a residential complex and immediately began work. The housing complex turned out to be a fairly successful project, and until the end of the day there was no power supply at all. After the OSBB was created, the residents of the new building installed one of the apartments, according to the current measure of Serhiy Anoshchenko - student Oleksandriya. We also note the fact that the telephone number of the owner of the apartment surprisingly coincides with the number of the gentleman himself. Activities will confirm that apartment No. 5 in the residential complex “Parkov Mistechko” was “gifted” to the family of Mr. Anoschenko for the efficiency in the supply of food, which was provided in the process of living. We were not able to document this fact, so this version is lost in the mouths of representatives of the community.
Thus, the political situation in the city is shaping up in an orderly manner since the beginning of another cadence. In the political arena and near the session hall of the place, two warring camps clearly formed. Before the intelligent coalition lies 21 deputies from “Ukrop”, “Svoboda”, “People’s Control” and the political party “Power of People”, who are fighting under the thumb of the master’s head. The national opposition includes 13 deputies from Solidarnost, Batkivshchyna and UNP. Without exaggeration, it can be confirmed that such a specific division of political parties similar in ideology was created piecemeal by Sergiy Anoshchenko at the first session, with names placed on the tables deputies, where and who can sit. A significant number of coalitions are representatives of local business, which creates a conflict of interests. The situation with the members of the last committee is also not clear. In addition to the fact that 10 of the 12 members of the Vikonkom are representatives of the current coalition, most of them are extremely powerful people with very specific business interests.
In the end, we have developed an impression that Kuznetsovsky has great potential, revealing that what matters is sometimes not competence, but sometimes the pre-emptiveness of representatives of the government. There is no need to talk about the fight against corruption by the so-called corruption guard, which the “control leader” Dobrodomov “trumpets” about.
However, the strong position of many of the activists in medicine is deprived of nutrition at the moment when people have patience in the morning, and even in memory of the deaths of the Maidanists and fellow Ukrainians.
I just want to believe that in the future they will look up to “Kuznya” as a standard in which all the power will be in the hands of the people.
