Kharkiv Metro spent tens of millions without a tender.

Kharkiv metroThe Kharkiv Metropolitan municipal enterprise spent tens of millions of hryvnias on purchasing goods and services, including from Russian companies. However, no tender was held.

According to the Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center, some of the companies are owned by Russian businessmen and are connected to the metro's management. Specifically, services provided by TBS-Ukraine LLC cost 10,61 million hryvnias. This company is owned by Givi Barkalaya, Airat Isakov, and Dmitry Litvinenko, all Russian citizens.

Starsen LLC received orders worth 5,1 million hryvnias. It was previously owned by Oleksandr Stamatin, son of Kharkiv Metropolitan Municipal Enterprise Director Vyacheslav Stamatin. His mother is Kharkiv Deputy Mayor Marina Stamatina.

In addition, several million rubles were received by companies associated with Kharkiv City Council member Maksym Museyev, who was once deputy director of the Kharkiv Metro.
