Khmelnitsky will try to return the land under Bionic Hill in court.

Bionic Hill Innovation Park, owned by former MP Vasyl Khmelnytsky (read more about it in the article Vasyl Khmelnytsky: the planted oligarch), will attempt to reclaim the land in the Belichansky Forest that was confiscated from him through the courts. This was reported by the park's press service.

The company filed a corresponding claim with the Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal.

Khmelnitsky even hired the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel to defend his interests.

According to Gide Loyrette Nouel partner Alexey Feliv, the court had no grounds to take the land away from Bionic Hill.
"In our opinion, the court's decision to strip Bionic Hill of its right to the land is arbitrary, and the part about returning the land to state ownership is downright absurd. The land where the Bionic Hill project is planned was never state-owned. It belonged to the city," he noted.

As is known, on October 22, the Kyiv Commercial Court invalidated the Kyiv City Council's decision to allocate land for the Bionic Hill project.
