Borodyansky district is a classic example of a region with clan-based administrations, where a mitzna has been established and a strong vertical of power has been established. Their representatives sit at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Kiev Region and, most likely, at the Regional Council.
This group of local politicians methodically took control of all spheres of life in the region, which is mainly important for the influx into the Borodyan region. The clan is the birthplace of the head of the Borodyansky district, ex-“regional” Georgiy Yerko, who has a powerful patron – people’s deputy and member of the parliamentary group “Will for the People” in parliament Yaroslav Moskalenko. At the hour of the local elections in 2015, Yarko strongly defeated the regional middle of the “Our Land” party. Before that, he took the seat of the head of the Borodyansk RDA, while at the same time being a deputy of the Kiev regional district of the “Party of Regions”.
It’s a simple fact that practically all members of the Yerki family are in one way or another connected with politics. Sin Roman is a deputy of the Borodiansky district, and Donka Galina is a deputy of the Kiev regional district for the sake of Petro Poroshenko’s Solidarity Bloc. Also in the huge ambushes, she is the assistant-consultant of the famous people’s deputy Moskalenko, who was his trusted person in the 2012 elections.

In this manner, it is important to re-evaluate the influx of Yaroslav Moskalenko into the homeland of Yerki. Having secured close friendship with them, it is possible to implement a significant policy in the region.
Also, Georgiy Yerko is a great leader of LLC “Agroshlyakhbudservis”, but he retains further control over this enterprise until the rest of his team, Nadiya, is now formally the director of this company. In 2016, only 14 million UAH passed through this company, which was used for road repairs in several districts of the region.
Tsikavo, over the course of nearly ten years, this company has won millions of tenders for the repair of Buchan roads. The history of Georgiy Yerka's centenaries and Anatoly Fedoruk's hunches dates back to 2008, and one can imagine that Anatoly Petrovich regularly leads Borodyanka the rest of the time.

Along with the letters, the names of several other people regularly appear, as they have family and business ties that positively contribute to their business.
One of these persons is Alla Drepina, the godfather of Georgy Yerko, who is considered a member of the KP “School Food Association”. From the name it is clear that the main activity of the utility company is the supply of food for initial deposits. Connected with these facts is a story that happened in the Borodiansky district last fall.
Apparently, the food for children of the early classes is financed from local budgets, including without costs. There were rumors that the district authorities of the Borodyan region, including the head of the RDA Oleksandr Yankovy, wanted to see the money from the local budgets in children's food. It seems that for the Borodyansky CP “School Food Organization” the laws are not written. And those heads who were convinced of this work were threatened with the approval of the General Plan, thereby limiting the possibility of population centers for expansion.
Before that, the municipal enterprise won the tender for food for children in the Borodyansky district for the sum of perhaps millions of hryvnias. In addition, there are guesses that the Communal Enterprise “School Food Supply” was knowingly jealous of food prices. The head of the Borodyansk RDA, Oleksandr Yankovy, expressed this suspicion in one of the official statements. Prote, looking at the native connection of Yerka and Drepinoya, understands that this scheme for getting rich is not going to be closed.
If Oleksandr Yankov is bothered, then his relationship with Georgiy Yerk can be called even tighter. Yankovy professes his loyalty to all political rulers of the Borodyansky district. Last year he was the director of the Piskiv Slovir Plant.

This time, regardless of the good relations with the main figures in the region, the head of the RDA appeared even harsher in the nutrition of the united territorial communities (UTG) in the region. So, once it became known about the readiness of the creation of the Piskiv community, Yankovy was careful not to allow anything. And the reasons for such occurrences can be understood: on the territory of the Piskivsk OTG of the Piskivsk Slovorobov Plant, there are large forest tracts, which can be correctly dated to the locality. budget.
In the territory of Borodyanshchyna, residents of Nemishaevo, Klavdiyevo-Tarasovoy, Mykulychi and Babintsiv, centered near the village of Mykulychi, declare their readiness to unification. Once unified, there will be the largest community in Ukraine, which will be created on the basis of the village.
It's not all that simple. These settlements are located at a close transport hub: the international Kiev-Warsaw highway and the ski slopes run through the territory of the Imovirna OTG. Again, the forest is rich in forest resources.
Neither Yorko nor Yankovy are going to put up with such a arrangement. Alas, without hope, many villagers will not be happy about the unification of the community. If you want the local authorities to decide on a voluntary merger, you will not yet accept it, but such readiness was indicated by Nemishaevo, Babintsi and Mikulich. And from Klavdiyevo-Tarasovo, the situation is complicated. On the rural head of Mikhail Skiba, stamp Yankovyi and Yarko for galvanization of the ob'ednannya process. Walk sensitively, so that Skiba, having removed from the ker_vniki region vkazivka, will block this process. The head itself sat down, it seems, in the same way that it was preserved in order.
In addition to these settlements, there are two more villages in the Borodyansky district, Dibrova and Kozintsi, which have indicated their readiness to go to the Irpinskaya OTG.
As if it wasn’t there, but in fact, the vertical of power in the Borodyansky district stands on three pillars: people’s deputy Yaroslav Moskalenko, his assistant, deputy of the Kiev regional district Galina Yarko and the head of the Borodyansky district Georgy Yerku. “Nim”, and perhaps a companion, is Oleksandr Yankovy, who plays an everlasting role in the territorial district.
