The largest business in Europe, which operates near the village of Rostan, Shatsky district, may go bankrupt. Two hundred people have already lost their jobs, the regional budget lacks hundreds of thousands of taxes, and one of the few successful agricultural enterprises in Poliss has fallen into poverty. Shakhras use false documents and withdraw all profits without investing a penny in developments. In form it is a corporate dispute, but in fact it is about raider hoarding. Until now, the honorable Volyn people's deputy-majoritarian Sergei Bondarchuk and the intercessor of the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Igor Didenko.
Investors with a criminal trail
Pivnich Shatsky district is the most suitable territory in Volina for the development of lochina. The soil here is optimal for this berry. Also, in many villages there are plenty of free hands, and even the fruit industry benefits from a lot of manual labor. Nina cultivates 100 hectares of lokhina here, so they go to the markets not only of Ukraine, but of Europe.

Our business was successful: licorice and great berries were bought by supermarkets and other retailers with satisfaction. In the fields of business, dozens of middle-class people from the surrounding villages of the Shatsk region found a job.
“If we increase the area of plantings and the growth of the government, in 2007 we hope to attract investors. The money came in handy for the investments of Igor Didenko and Serhiy Bondarchuk. The offense gained 25% of the shares, and 50% was lost from my power,” said Mr. Miguel.

Two kind officials did not waste their capital investments. By the time Mikhailo Miguel had invested heavily in the area of the plantation twice, and now it amounted to more than 100 hectares. “New gardens were planted in 2008. The bushes begin to bear fruit after 5 years. A trusted envoy arrived from Dedenka and Bondarchuk, who inspected the plantations, kneaded dumplings with lokhina and went back to Kiev to tell investors about the old director,” the spokesman said. Everything looks like the classic and most popular raider hoarding scheme, which has been practiced in hundreds of Ukrainian enterprises.
Residents of the village of Rostan had never heard of such an agrarian Polyakov, but it turned out that he was well known to Kiev law enforcement officers. Police officials have confirmed that Polyakov is involved in the abuse and kidnapping of people.

The Court of Appeal of the Volyn Region found the truth in this case and found the illegality of the protocol on the decision to collect shareholders of the Flora PP. On September 21, 2013, Miguel submitted an appeal to the Shatsky court for the decision of the collection, but Judge Natalya Sushik again began to delay the right.
While the documents are circulating through the courts, secret affairs under Polyakov’s “dakh” will continue to collect and implement the fruits of the law. From one bush they collected up to 20 kilograms of berries, which were sold at 55 hryvnia per kilo. The varity of this birth, behind Miguel’s cheers, has collected at least 7 million hryvnias.
Still, on the 15th of this year, Judge Sushik, relying on irrefutable evidence, finally decided on the benefit of the Volynsk enterprise. However, the required documents were not handed over to the state registrar. In this manner, technical shading has already prevented the old ruler from spending on his business for over 3 months.
Together Didenko and Bondarchuk again went to the Court of Appeal of the Volyn region. The new ship's towing could be completed in a few days, but a fair decision is still missing through various manipulations. It is clear that this situation plays on the side of the raiders, and also affects the harvest and the price of food - millions of hryvnias. Although the recent harvest of Miguel can be estimated at 7 million, no one knows the exact volume of the grown berries.
“I suspect that Polyakov’s oppressive company has completely ruined the plantation, saving on the costs of protection and survival. The raiders are trying to squeeze everything they can out of the enterprise,” says Mikhailo Miguel.
Agrarian to bring up the facts. Since last year there were 300 workers working on the plantation, then 80 of them were lost. Therefore, instead of 300 thousand hryvnias, the budget will be no more than 10 thousand.
We tried to contact the representative of the new rulers of the Flora PP, Vyacheslav Polyakov, but I guess we didn’t want to get stuck. The enterprise's security did not allow journalists into the plantation territory; they only wrote down the phone number and ordered to pass it on to the “director.” It is clear that the elderly citizen Polyakov did not know the time to come to terms with this incident.
We can predict that in a few years Mikhailo Miguel will regain control of the Flora PP, otherwise he will be forced into secret affairs. It is possible that Polyakov will try to export the equipment from the territory of the enterprise. The threat of the new 90s loomed over the dominion if they sold “vijata” equipment for free and cut installations on metal logs.
