With Kharkov, everything is different. Today, although six years have passed since then, Feldman’s managers, based on “Our Sins,” are stingy with words, and even more so with emotions.

“Kinny Market” wasted into renting the structures of the concern “AVEK” by People’s Deputy Oleksandr Feldman back in the early 2000s. The regional municipality, which took care of the residents, at the instigation of the then governor of the region, Yevgen Kushnaryov, transferred them for lease under the drive of additional funding from the financial club “Metalist”. In 2004, a message appeared on the Metalist website: the head of AVEK ceased to be the honorary president of the club, and 80% of the shares were transferred to the head of the UkrSibbank, Oleksandr Yaroslavsky. However, the share of the market was not immediately affected: they lost their lease. Whether Feldman continued to give him a 15% share is definitely not known.

“The objects were taken into management by the company “Concern “AVEK i Co” through the financing of the activities of FC “Metalist”. After the sale to the club, the need to manage trading facilities disappeared, it was decided not to continue the lease agreements,” Andriy Kolos, the head of the concern’s management, told NG.

We decided not to specify how we could explain the five-fold gap between the sale to the club and the lease. The city council was also prepared, as in the trend, Feldman’s wife filed a lawsuit to revoke the lease agreement. The trial, however, did not take place - the “cooperators” took the invitation. Everything had already been decided without Femidi: in 2009, the military campaigns ended. Feldman entered into significant expenses: in favor of the Sumy and Kino markets. Natomi was allowed to save Barabashovo.

As it happens after the war, the time has come for troubles: disintegration and liberation. As soon as the smell of gunpowder had dissipated, the area was left with a residual desire for the Film Market, which decided to sell it. Unfortunately, we do not know by what means the buyer and how many pennies replenished the cooperators' funds. Official identification is impossible, but the interview yielded nothing: the participants in the process showed a bad memory.

The current member of the cooperation, Vyacheslav Bliznyak, told NG that he doesn’t remember the details.

“The decision was accepted by the Rada of the region. There are 60 people here. We then worked with each other for free. The cats that were withdrawn from sale were sent to our facilities in the region,” he said.

Before the speech, Vyacheslav Bliznyak had become a popular figure among journalists, having little respect for the regional organization of the Union of Journalists (!) as editor of the magazine “Cooperator of Kharkivshchyna” and, more importantly, Mikhail’s protégé Dobkina.

Having relinquished its premises, the company immediately occupied the land, as until now it had been under communal power. Already on the 29th quarter of 2010, the Kharkiv City Council sold “Fjord” a plot of land with an area of ​​3,86 hectares (actually most of the market) for 4,64 million UAH. This same session leased two more small plots of 0,03 hectares and 0,01 hectares to Fjord.

The local deputies were so kind that they allowed Fjord to pay not at once, but in increments of 5 rubles. Still loving the young entrepreneurs in Kharkov. They, to the point of speech, did not disappoint: they settled the budget immediately: in 2010.

However, Fjord LLC does not figure in any way in the operational activities of the market. For the entire time, the market was represented by the planters of the Kinny Market LLC. Moreover, for information stolen as of September 1, 2015, this very enterprise operates on the Film Market. I would like to know from the Register of the Ministry of Justice that the activity of this enterprise began already at the end of the fall of 2014.

The founders of this enterprise were Oleg Matveyev and Yuri Medvedev (a potential candidate for parliament from the “Revival” party), and the director was a long-time official of the regional department for the protection of the rights of residents. Sergiy Piunov.

Infection LLC "Kinnyi rynok" is actually fragmented into parts. Matveev and Punov created about ten LLC “Kinny market trading platform 1,2,3...” for 1000 UAH.

It’s clear that it’s not the operational management, but the rulers who are more important to us. LLC "Fjord", having paid a pittance to the budget, formalized the right of ownership of the land under the market on September 28, 2015. Having thus become full-fledged rulers of everything: both the land and the future.

The founders of this enterprise are Olga Solop and Vladislav Tkachenko.

Solop is a business partner of the mayor of Kharkov, Gennady Kernes, Daniil Prevalov, at LLC “Firm “Diana””, who owns the Sumy market in Kharkov (about this market - in upcoming publications).

In addition, Solop appears in companies that took away valuable lands under the “cooperative scheme.” The scheme was based on the fact that the Kharkiv Municipality saw tens of hectares of land costlessly to “living and housing cooperatives”, after which the land was wasted in the right hands.

Tkachenko was a partner of the potter of the Moscow Registration Service Oleg Drobot in LLC “Company “Dnipro Invest”.

So the story ended with a happy ending. Kharkov’s business-focused measure took away one of the markets from power. It just spared the boys and good people: I’ll check with Feldman, who was inspired by the market, then with the co-operators, who decided to sell them and completely forgot, for that sum. And also with the deputies, who did not pull from the visible land, and were given a reprieve.
