Whose managers are caring for sovereign assets and what a stink is emanating from them
The political crisis in Ukraine has reached its peak. The camps of President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk will exchange accusations of corruption and fight with incriminating evidence.
At this hour, the ratings of both political forces are rapidly approaching zero. In order to save face, not only in front of the powerful population, but also in front of international creditors, the leaders of both camps are trying to publicly demonstrate the unity of the political forces in order to reform the country.
It’s bad for them to go out. Public statements by Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk on the information battlefield obscure the scandals of their underlings. For example, the presentation of corruption schemes by the governor of the Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, was the prime minister, or the attempt of the BPP deputy Oleg Barney to bring the Supreme Court out of the meeting room for the sake of Yatsenyuk. The last bitter scandal broke out between Saakashvili and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Arsen Avakov at a meeting of the National Council for reforms with the participation of Poroshenko. It ended with a husky husky and the previous closure.
The struggle between the Ukrainian government has begun, not for the right to reform the country, but for the flows that generate great power enterprises. To control them, Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk, starting from the moment they came to power, assigned their personnel to the state company.
This model of managing a state mine is not new. All the leading Kermanic countries were victorious to replenish their guts, their sharpening and the budgets of political parties.
INSIDER collected the facts of how the mental “division of the sovereign lane” emerged between Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk.
Ukroboronprom
In early 2014, the president recognized Oleg Gladkovsky (Svinarchuk) as the head of the Intergovernmental Commission for Military-Technical Spying and Export Control. Svinarchuk knows Poroshenko since the 90s. Then they began to operate a separate business related to the sale of cars and confectionery products. Then the company “Ukrprominvest” was created. Until 2013, the stench plagued the Bogdan corporation. Zgod Poroshenko sold “Bogdan” to Svinarchuk.
The Commission, which was formed by Svinarchuk-Gladkovsky in 2014, is a platform for discussing and facilitating proposals between the Presidential Administration, RNBO, SBU, Intelligence, Cabinet, Ukroboronprom, State Fiscal service and the State Export Control Service. The Commission was responsible for becoming the coordinator of the Ukraine-NATO bilateral working group.
At the beginning of 2015, Poroshenko named Gladkovsky as the first protector of the Secretary for National Security and Defense of Ukraine (NSDC). In line with the same fate, the president confirmed the provisions on the Intergovernmental Commission for the Supply of the Defense-Industrial Complex (a working body of the RNBO) and appointed Gladkovsky as its head.
The main tasks of the commission were “preparing the proposals of the RNBO in support of the state’s military-technical and military-industrial policy and the functioning of the defense industry, the implementation of scientific-technical, investment and innovation policy in the field of development, production, modernization and repair of military equipment, reform and development of the defense industry.”

To put it simply, the commission, rejected by Gladkovsky, contributes to purchases from Ukroboronprom.
In late 2014, President Poroshenko recognized Roman Romanov as director of Ukroboronprom, who had previously favored the election of presidential candidate Poroshenko in the Kherson region. According to “Our Pennies,” Romanov Vidomy is a dealer in Hyundai cars, which are assembled in Ukraine by Gladkovsky’s Bogdan corporation.
At the same time, the great general director of the Sevastopol Marine Plant, Kostyantin Kartoshkin, was appointed the head of the strategic enterprise Zorya Mashproekt, which rotates gas turbine units for ships and is part of Ukroboronprom. Before the annexation, Sevmorzavod belonged to Poroshenko.
In the spring of 2015, the Cabinet of Ministers transferred the entire mining complex of the Antonov subsidiary from the sphere of management of the Ministry of Economic Development to the management of Ukroboronprom. A month later, Mikhail Gvozdiov, a deputy from the BPP, was appointed director of Antonov. Before becoming a people's deputy, he was involved in the sale of cars. We owned car dealerships in Khmelnitsky through LLC “Automobile Enterprises Group”. Gvozdov is a friend of Oleg Gladkovsky. In 2014, the Gvozdy family defeated the election headquarters of the BPP in the Khmelnitsky region.
The State Concern’s delight is the Popular Front deputy Sergei Pashinsky, an ally of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Odessa port plant
The Odessa Port Plant (OPZ) is a single producer of nitrogen fertilizers that has lost state power. The managed processing plant is responsible for the port transshipment of ammonia, which is supplied via the Tolyatti – Gorlivka – Odessa pipeline.
Vlada has repeatedly announced plans to sell HMOs to international companies. However, over the course of two years, privatization did not happen. OPP was embroiled in several corruption scandals involving representatives of the new government.
Until 2014, Dmitry Firtash’s Group DF was financially responsible for the supply of Russian gas to the OPP. After Yanukovych’s departure, the oligarch’s structures were replaced by representatives of Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk.
The OPP is managed by the State Fund (FDMU). Igor Bilous, who had previously served as the head of the Fiscal Service, was voted out as president in 2015.
A month before Bilous’s recognition, the FDMU changed the supervisory board of the OPP. Sergiy Perelom, the first defender of the head of the NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, manager Mikoly Martinenko, people’s deputy of the Popular Front, was appointed as the head.
According to the quota of Poroshenko’s team, Olga Tkachenko joined the ruling OPP, as she does not have enough work in chemical enterprises. Previously, she was an assistant to the People's Deputy of the BPP Oleksandr Granovsky, who is close to Igor Kononenko, Poroshenko's business partner and the protector of the head of the BPP faction.
In addition, Olga Tkachenko is the new director of Prism Beta LLC. This company belongs to Andriy Adamovsky, an associate of Granovsky. The company is involved in a corporate conflict near the SkyMall shopping center.

Their cores in a large chemical industry are urgently needed for lobbying of controlled companies in subscribed contacts.
Thus, in the fall of leaves, the secretive Austrian company Antra GmbH became the new supplier of gas for the OPP. Vaughn changed the company of the Privat group of Igor Kolomoisky. The company supplies gas to enterprises under the supply scheme. The public scandal has caused confusion about the negligence of contractual contracts with Antra.
Recently, Hong Kong-based ExpoTrade Global Limited, which is associated with Granovsky, entered into a contract with OPP for the purchase of ammonia. The same English company Newscope Estates Ltd entered into an OPP for the purchase of urea. “Our Pennies” reported that the company is connected with the interests of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
Subsidiary enterprise "Unified oil and chemical company"
Founded in the spring of 2014, the main complexes of the Irshansky girnicho-salary and Vilnogirsk girnicho came into the ownership of the "United Gyrnicho-Chemical Company" (OGKhK) metallurgical plant. Until 2014, the plant rented “Crime Titan” by Dmitry Firtash.
OGKhK has left Ruslan Zhurilo. Vin is a great supporter of the director of the subsidiary enterprise “Skhidnyi girnicho-prepare plant” (“SkhidGZK”), which is engaged in the production of uranium ore and the production of sulfuric acid in Zhovti Vody (Dnipropetrovsk region). Zhurila was appointed to the OGKhK under the patronage of Martinenko, an associate of Yatsenyuk. This information was voiced by Igor Kolomoisky and his associates: Gennady Korban and Boris Filatov.
In an interview with Ukrainian Pravda, Martinenko’s partner David Zhvaniya revealed that Zhuril’s civil squad is a shareholder of the Steuermann company (Zhvaniya-Martinek), which became the supplier of uranium concentrate to Ukraine.
After Zhurilo closed the OGKhK nearby, companies began to win tenders from state-owned plants.
"Ukrkhimtransamiak"
DP “Ukrkhimtransamiyak” is a monopolist in the transportation of ammonia across the territory of Ukraine. The only aerial pipeline in the region “Tolyatti – Gorlivka – Odessa” is under management. The pipeline is used, among other things, by Russian companies that deliver their ammonia to the port of Odessa for transshipment.
Since 2007, the company has been involved in Viktor Bondik. According to the data of “LeagueBusinessInform”, the staff of “Ukrkhimtransamiaku” is controlled by David Zhvania, who today calls himself the president’s man. Law enforcement authorities suspected the DP's servitude in the abuse of the service and the waste of enterprise funds.
Energoatom and "Skhidniy Girnicho-Zbagachuvalny Plant"
NAEK Energoatom is the operator of four nuclear power plants, which provide approximately 55% of Ukraine's electricity consumption.
The former president of Energoatom is Yuri Nedashkovsky. He keeps company intermittently for 2000 years.
Nedashkovsky admires the creation of Mikoli Martinenko. Zhvaniya confirmed that in 2000 the people from Martinenko lobbied for Nedashkovsky’s appointment as president of Energoatom. For a long time, this allowed partners to benefit from the participation of companies under their control in tenders to Energoatom.
One of these episodes sparked an international scandal. Zokrema, Swiss law enforcement authorities are investigating the case against Popular Front deputy Mikoly Martinenko. He is suspected of stealing swag from the Czech company Skoda JS through an offshore company for access to Energoatom tenders. Martinenko throws out the call.
Martinenko controls the subsidiary enterprise “Skhidnyi girnicho-begachuvalnyi kombinat”, which produces uranium ore for the production of nuclear fuel.
According to the data of the Unitary Enterprise, at the end of 2014, the “Skhidny GZK” began purchasing uranium concentrate at protected prices from the Austrian Steuermann Investitions. The state's surplus can reach up to 800 million UAH. Zhvaniya confirmed that Steuermann is a technical company that previously supplied abrasives to Europe.
According to the data of “Our Pennies”, companies from the side of Ruslan Zhuril (his civil squad is a shareholder of Steuermann) make money on the supply of sleeping equipment, components for the plant and for these services for transportation.
NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine
Naftogaz is a monopoly company in the supply of gas to Ukrainian residents.
NAC is responsible for the operator of the gas transportation system “Ukrtransgaz”, the largest gas and footwear company “Ukrgazvydobuvannya” and the operator of oil pipelines “Ukrtransnafta”.
The head of Naftogaz is Andriy Kobolev. It is the creation of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. “At NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine we have a good pot. Handsome,” the prime minister told NV magazine.
Who is in charge of companies and who is in charge of NAC? The operator of the gas transportation system “Ukrtransgaz” is hated by Igor Prokopiov, a huge leader of the Ivano-Frankivsk party organization “Change Front”, who is especially close to Yatsenyuk. The head of the visual for the sake of the company is Sergey Pereloma - the man of Martinenka.

"Ukrhydroenergo" and "Centrenergo"
PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" is a company that manages nine hydroelectric power stations on the Dnieper and Dniester. The company has been devastated by Igor Sirota since 2011. The entry into the enterprise, according to the UP, is Igor Kononenko, Poroshenko’s business partner.
The generating company "Centrenergo" has lost its power as a sovereign. As a consequence of the OPP, the privatization of Centernergo is also being postponed until “the shortest hours.” INSIDER informs that the postponement of the sale of the company is related to Kononenko’s financial interests. The frontline manager of Centerenergo, Igor Balabanov, is Kononenko’s business partner in the Margo Group company, which manages the Margo furniture hypermarket in the capital. "Ukrenergo"
DP "Ukrenergo" provides dispatching of the energy system and management of main lines.
The management of the holding company previously worked in the structures of the Russian businessman Kostyantin Grigorishin, who repeatedly said that he recommended to the president leaders in the energy sector.
Thus, the first defender of Ukrenergo, Yuriy Kasich, previously worked in companies controlled by Grigorishin: Vinnytsyaoblenergo and Lugansk Energy Association (LEO).

As INSIDER reported, the court recently allowed the transfer of all undamaged mines and plots of land to the Odessa oil refinery plant to be retained by the state as a separate enterprise "Ukrtransnaftaprodukt".

The DP intended to obtain the company “Ukroylproduct”, which was part of the “Factor” group of companies, to sell the confiscated sleeping material.
As a result, the sale of this sleeper "Ukroylprodukt" was considered to be a reduction in the price of the sleeper.
DP "Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine"
The State Enterprise “Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine” (USPA) unites all state ports of Ukraine.
In the spring of 2014, Andriy Amelin was elected to the USPU. His biography states that until now he has cultivated the plantings in a commercial transport enterprise. According to the register of legal entities, Amelin was the director of the Mykolayiv Church Plant LLC. Today's company is in the state of incorporation. The majority leader of the Mykolayiv Church Plant LLC is Irina Ivanchuk. This is the squad of Andriy Ivanchuk, a deputy of the Popular Front and an ally of Yatsenyuk. In addition, Ivanchuk is a business partner in the production of alcohol additives with Igor Kolomoisky. About the rest he specifically stated in an interview with “Left Bank”.
Another enterprise, like Amelin, is LLC “Transport company “Cargotrans”. Having fallen asleep in this company together with his brother Volodymyr. Today the company is registered to Oleksandr Avramenok.
