As Viktor Dobryansky, a spokesman for the “Seven Kilometer” market, stated, with this company, created at the end of 2010, “there was only one thing - to fight against the entrepreneurs, and to hinder them.”
Also, the entrepreneurs revealed that after the arrival of Ivanyushchenko’s structures on the market, 10 additional taxes and fees appeared, which form the so-called “black cash” market. According to the author of the story, the resulting shadow income to the market amounts to 500-700 thousand UAH.
The list of additional services includes: rent of temporary trading stations, entry of vehicles into the market territory, placement of advertising, payment for additionally occupied territory with goods, permission to trade grub goods, permission to work vans, buses and taxis, permission to access the shopping center, permission to use electric generators, diesel engines, etc. With whom the investigator was informed that there was no chance of contacting the law enforcement authorities.
The Somiy Kilometer market occupies a ground area of 110 hectares, including 75 hectares for retail facilities.
