Yuriy Boyko wants to "transparently master" 15 billion

Yesterday, the Opposition Bloc presented a plan for the restoration of Donbas. It consists of three points, the main one being that Kyiv owes 15 billion.

"We will get the government to allocate 15 billion hryvnias for the restoration of Donbas," says Yuriy Boyko. Boyko does not specify which part of Donbas these funds will go to. He also remains silent on how much money the collective "we"—the Party of Regions of all stripes, the oligarchs who supported the Yanukovych regime, and specifically Rinat Akhmetov and Dmytro Firtash—will allocate for the restoration of Donbas, writes Delovaya Stolitsa.
Opposition Bloc figures are actively cultivating areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions liberated by the Ukrainian army. An army to which these figures haven't given a single kopeck. If these territories weren't controlled by Ukrainian security forces today, opposition figures from Levochkin's party wouldn't even bother going there. Because to the terrorists, they're rich Pinocchios, who can be sold for a hefty ransom. If they don't believe them, let Boyko and Shufrych come to some Horlivka. A blow to the head would seem like the highest form of humanism to Nestor Ivanovich.
Even without the lustrated Boyko's pre-election advice, the Ukrainian government understands how much money needs to be invested in rebuilding the infrastructure of the liberated territories. But no one will give money to the occupiers.
And finally, Boyko says: "We will ensure the transparent use of these funds and maximum control over the distribution of funds by local communities." Translated into layman's terms, this means that the collective "we" wants to take advantage of the budget's cash flows. In other words, the former "regionals" aren't just trying to survive within the current system; they're also asserting their rights.
