The website "Nashi Groshi," citing the "Bulletin of Public Procurement," reports that on January 23, the South-Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant (SUNPP) entered into a tender with NMVP EPM LLC for 4,91 million hryvnias to reconstruct the cable system at power unit #2. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016. Four companies submitted bids, but one was rejected due to an improperly submitted order. This left three competitors: EnergoPromBud LLC, NMVP EPM, and PJSC Yuzhenergobud.
The full name of the company "NMVP "EPM" is "Commissioning and Installation Production Enterprise "Elektroyuzhmontazh." The company was founded in September 2013 and is owned by several individuals, with the largest shares controlled by Sergey Vashchenko and the company's director, Vladimir Gorbik.
These individuals own another company with a similar name: "Commissioning and Installation Enterprise Elektroyuzhmontazh" (omitting the word "production"). Their partner in this company is the Lithuanian company Energokom LLC.
Energokom is a co-owner of its first competitor, Yuzhenergobud. The Lithuanians also hold a stake in A-Trade LLC, which holds a 14% stake in Yuzhenergobud. The largest individual stake, 48%, belongs to Branden LLC, founded a year ago, which is in turn owned by 75-year-old Matvey Yasenitsky and 64-year-old Anastasia Yasenitskaya. Matvey Yasenitsky's son, Ivan Yasenitsky, heads Yuzhenergobud as its CEO. Ivan Yasenitsky is also known as a co-owner of the Yuzhno-Bugsky Quarry.
EnergoPromBud is registered to Lyudmila Zagorodnyuk and Alla Tryanova. Alla Tryanova is also the director of the aforementioned Yuzhno-Bugsky Quarry, owned by Yasenitsky. Lyudmila Zagorodnyuk is a co-owner of a company with a similar name, Yuzhenergobud Production and Technical Equipment Management LLC.
In early September, Yuzhenergobud and Energoprombud were the only competitors in the South-Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant (SNUPP) tender for the reconstruction of the Tashlyk Pumped Storage Power Plant (PSPP) for 6 million hryvnias. In October, they competed for 8 million hryvnias, also at SNUPP.
