Apparently, in the spring of 2013, the prosecutor’s office found that children in Melitopol kindergartens were given margarine instead of butter. The prosecutor's office also stated that there was a violation of sanitary standards during the delivery of the goods.
These products were supplied to preschool children by FOP Zamnius Tetyana Zhorzhivna. Last year, the Directorate of Illumination of the Melitopol Municipality won the tender for the supply of 18,5 tons of top oil with a fat content of 72,5% to kindergartens until the end of the year, without vegetable additives for the amount of 590 thousand UAH, then for price 31,90 UAH/kg. Looking for data from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the average price of top oil with 72-73% fat content during the period of signing the agreement in the region was 52,56 UAH/kg.
