The "founding father of domestic corporate raiding" Konstantin Grigorishin will receive UAH 63,680,000 under a contract with NNEGC Energoatom.
According to the Nashi Groshi website, citing the Public Procurement Bulletin, Konstantin Grigorishin's company, PJSC Zaporizhtransformator, will receive UAH 63,680,000 for three oil-cooled shunt reactors. NNEGC Energoatom awarded the contract following tenders held on November 7. These reactors will be delivered to the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant for the modernization of Unit 3. The German company NP Trade GmbH will also receive EUR 1,44 million for three gas circuit breakers. The German registry lists a certain Viktoria Desyak as the company's contact person.
The same surname appears as the surname of the financial director in a consulting company that provides accounting services to legal entities in various tax systems.
Konstantin Grigorishin is the president of the Energy Standard Group. His interests include the Ukrainian energy sector. Media outlets have called him "the leading contender for the role of the founding father of domestic corporate raiding." He is credited with developing a number of business schemes for moving state-owned enterprises offshore.
