President Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted three bills to parliament on the judicial system, specifically on reducing the powers of the OAC. One of the bills proposes removing from the OAC's exclusive jurisdiction and transferring to the Supreme Court legal disputes challenging decisions of central executive bodies, state regulators, and any other public authority. The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court will serve as the appellate court in such disputes.
This presidential bill will be amended for the second reading, Justice Minister Denis Malyuska explained in an interview with Slovo i Delo.
The Cabinet of Ministers has registered a bill in parliament amending the status of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and potentially dismissing Artem Sytnyk. A lawyer explained to our publication why this bill is unlikely to pass in the Rada, while the initiative of a large group of MPs to amend the Constitution regarding the appointment and dismissal of the directors of the State Bureau of Investigation and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is more worthy of attention.

The leaders in preparing legislative initiatives in February were Georgiy Mazurashu (30 draft laws), Nikita Poturaev (26), Sergey Grivko (25).
MPs from the Opposition Platform - For Life faction joined in the development of 43 draft laws, among the leaders is Tatyana Plachkova (10), they co-authored 9 documents each Igor Abramovich, Yuri Zagorodniy, Natalia Korolevskaya, Yuri Solod, Vladimir Moroz.
The Batkivshchyna faction prepared 36 draft laws. The leaders are Ivan Krulko (11) and Mykhailo Tsymbalyuk (9). The EU faction prepared 21 draft laws. Oleksiy Honcharenko (9), Iryna Gerashchenko, and Iryna Friz prepared the most in February, with 7 bills each.
Representatives of "Voice" prepared 37 draft laws, with Lesya Vasilenko (13) and Yaroslav Zheleznyak (11) among the leaders. The "For the Future" group developed 45 draft laws in February, led by Sergei Minko (17) and Anna Skorokhod (14).
The Dovira parliamentary group developed 46 draft laws. The leaders were Larisa Bilozir (23) and Gennady Vatsak (17)
Among non-factional parties, Oksana Savchuk (11), Dmytro Razumkov (4) and Elena Kondratyuk (4) joined in developing the largest number of legislative initiatives.
