From the 1st month of "Ukrzaliznytsia" we will again increase by 10% the rate of tickets for passenger transportation within Ukraine, which applies to all categories of carriages, besides the NE and train categories. Also, such tickets could be purchased for 124,24 UAH and 226,04 UAH separately. In the spring of last year, you could get from Kiev to Kharkov in a compartment for 170 UAH.

The increase in the price of tickets in “Ukrzaliznytsia” explains the “buy-in” of this service. It seems that carrying people around is not a good idea. And the increased price of the ticket, having said that, brings the tariffs for passenger transportation closer to the economically charged level and often covers the costs that have grown through the increased prices for products required for passenger transportation. security, security for the roc.

Thus, making purchases for the needs of “Ukrzaliznytsia” through “their” companies and at exorbitant prices and making money on the machines from these screws of malicious equipment, the warehousing of “Ukrzaliznytsia” is controlled by the group Yatsenyuk, who is now shifting the burden of the plundered power structure onto the shoulders of the Ukrainians.

It’s a paradox, and behind the minds of the “deluded” increase in tariffs for “passenger transportation”, the Ukrzaliznytsia company is creating in this area a filthy industry-“laying”, the only factual recognition of which is - brothers millions of hryvnias “from the wind”.

Mediation on the road

There is a clear pattern in Ukraine: it is often difficult to buy tickets for popular draws at cash registers. The same cannot be said about private companies that are engaged in the sale of travel documents: you can always get any kind of receipt from them. If they want it to be more expensive, even to the tariffs of “Ukrzaliznytsia”, sales companies add their own markup. I wonder why this law has not yet brought the respect of law enforcement officers - I want to make fun of it here, of course. However, the language at once is not about those.

At the same time, on the basis of Ukrzaliznytsya, the Ukrainian Passenger Logistics Center (UPLC) was created. The key function of this company will be the implementation of passenger and baggage receipts, including electronic ones. True, the ticket center sells new creations not to passengers, but to the same selling companies. In fact, the activity of the UPLC is reduced to the mediation between the department and the implementer. Also, at first glance, the integrity of the created structure is doubtful.

It's less than that at first glance. As it became known to the “Observer” from the authorities, for the fact that the UPLC will take the tickets from you and transfer them to the distributor, this “gasket” structure takes 5% of the yield of the skin ticket. Of course, the sellers are responsible for the molding of the final documents for their final partners. It’s also true that for Ukrainians, draft tickets become much more expensive, as the Ukrainian Railways sings.

In this simple way, the company “laying” on the river earns hundreds of millions of hryvnias on the river. Marvel at yourself. Last year, the plant transported over 920 million people and earned 7,1 billion hryvnia. If minor shows are accepted, then the creators of the UPLC will take at least 350 million hryvnias per river. And it’s also important to forget about the permanent increase in prices for tickets and those that in 2013 there was a trend towards an increase in passenger traffic (+ 8,1%).

Now - to the point in whose guts additional hundreds of millions will be deposited. Here, just for the sake of the unsatisfied. The ideologists and practitioners of the creation of the worm “gasket” were those who were already “dogs” on the rollers.

The author and founder of the “Ukrainian Passenger Logistics Center” became Maxim Blank, the defender of the corrupt official Boris Ostapyuk. Its creation is one of the stages of the widely announced reform of Ukrzaliznytsia, which, according to the plans of the “reformers,” may transform from a sovereign monopoly on joint-stock partnerships. The reform program is actively popularized by Maxime Blank himself. And yet - oh, marvelous! - Kuruvatim "robot" of the worm company - "gaskets".
