Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Lyubko was caught taking a bribe from his own subordinate.

The head of the security agency claims that Kyiv Regional State Administration Deputy Chairman Ihor Lyubko received 200 hryvnias from his subordinate so that she could easily transfer to another government agency. A certain Yuriy Pudenko acted as the intermediary.

A month ago, they received unconfirmed information that the head of the regional Department of Agriculture had paid farmers 15 million hryvnias as compensation under a budget program. Since, in their understanding, such a sum could not have been paid without a kickback, they demanded a portion of the funds that the said department head had allegedly received, threatening to fire her.Nameless


"Later, the latter found a job and informed her superiors. Lyubko, in agreement with the governor, demanded the specified amount for signing a dismissal order with wording that would not hinder future employment.", Avakov reported on social media.
