LUKOIL gas stations in Ukraine may be sold by the end of September.

According to INTERFAX.RU, LUKOIL will sell its gas stations in Ukraine for $300 million. This was announced by the oil company's president, Vagit Alekperov. The materials for this deal are currently being processed by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Approval for the sale is expected by the end of September.

The president of the oil company noted that the network of gas stations will be sold at book value: “This is within the range of about $300 million.”

As a reminder, LUKOIL previously signed an agreement to sell 240 gas stations and six oil depots in Ukraine to the Austrian company AMIC Energy Management GmbH (AMIC); even earlier, the Odessa Oil Refinery.
