In September, the board salaries of the state-owned Oschadbank ranged from UAH 471 to UAH 1,481. The highest salary went not to the bank's board chairman, Serhiy Naumov, but to one of his deputies.
Oschadbank itself reported this, noting that Naumov's salary in September amounted to UAH 1,079 million.
He was assessed 210,5 hryvnias in taxes. His deputies also received:
- 665,2 thousand UAH (129,7 thousand UAH in taxes were accrued on this salary);
- 1,48 million UAH (taxes - 288,8 thousand UAH);
- 471,5 thousand UAH (taxes - 91,9 thousand UAH);
- 593 thousand UAH (taxes - 115,6 thousand UAH);
- 491,3 thousand UAH (taxes - 95,8 thousand UAH).
Salaries at Oschadbank are shocking.
It should be noted that, according to information from Oschadbank, Naumov’s deputies are:
- Evgeniy Drachko-Ermoolenko - responsible for operational activities;
- Anton Tyutyun is responsible for retail business.
- Oleg Strinzha - responsible for finance;
- Oleg Strinzha - responsible for work on NPL (non-performing loans);
- Yuriy Katsion is responsible for corporate business.
As can be seen from the salary table, which deputy receives what salary is not disclosed.
At the same time, senior executives in another highly paid profession in Ukraine—IT specialists—are raising their salaries, by an average of $454.
Inexperienced IT professionals, on the other hand, lower their expectations. For example, candidates with less than one year of experience lowered their salary expectations by an average of $575.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, the most in-demand professions in Ukraine currently include sales managers, sales consultants, drivers, accountants, and cooks. The highest salaries are offered to media buyers—70 UAH—and international drivers—40 UAH.
