The Bolshevik plant is headed by Bilokursky, who was on the wanted list

NamelessThe State Property Fund appointed Roman Bilokursky, who was wanted at the time of his appointment, as head of the Bolshevik plant. This was reported in a report by journalist Nadezhda Burdey on the television program "Nashi Groshi."

In 2006, Roman Bilokursky headed the commercial center of the Zaluchansky distillery, which later went bankrupt. In 2013, he became the head of the Novosilsky branch of the state-owned enterprise Ukrspirt. In May 2014, investigators in the Ternopil region opened a criminal case for embezzlement of state budget funds by branch officials. According to the criminal case materials, Bilokursky hired fictitious employees and obtained their salary cards. Furthermore, it was established that he removed the company's equipment and transferred it to third parties. In November 2014, Bilokursky was placed on the state wanted list.

In December 2014, the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced a competition to replace the head of the Bolshevik plant. Each candidate was required to provide a certificate of no criminal record. Bilokursky submitted a document, but not for 2014, but for 2011. The State Property Fund accepted the certificate and confirmed Bilokursky as head of the plant in February 2015. While investigators were searching for a suspect, he took over one of the largest plants in Kyiv. The criminal case was closed only in May of this year, as insufficient evidence was found to prove his guilt.

During Bilokursky's tenure at Bolshevik, staff layoffs began. Workers appealed to the State Property Fund of Ukraine, which inspected the plant and prohibited layoffs.

Furthermore, it has become known that 36 hectares of land under the Bolshevik plant are still not marked on the cadastral map, and therefore are not classified as municipal, state, or private property. If the State Property Fund decides to privatize the plant, the land under it will go to whoever privatizes the state-owned enterprise's building.

According to Anatoly Galan, former director of social affairs at the Bolshevik plant, the land beneath the plant is not accounted for in the accounting records, although it should be.

As a reminder, Bolshevik Scientific and Production Enterprise OJSC manufactures equipment for rubber and plastics processing. The plant is 100% state-owned.
