Raiders attempted to seize the Ukrsotsbank building again.

raider seizureThe press service of Ukrsotsbank reported that raiders from Project-A LLC are attempting to re-capture the building it owns at 12 Amosova Street in Kyiv (where the Horizon Park business center is located).

Specifically, the bank's board chair, Tamara Savoshchenko, reported that on July 2, 2016, private notary Oleg Shchur forged a decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court and revoked Ukrsotsbank's property rights to the Horizon Park building. Furthermore, the notary registered the property to the company Proekt-A LLC.

The notary's illegal actions occurred on the very first day after the ban on access to the Property Rights Register was lifted. The ban was imposed for three months after the same notary illegally re-registered the property rights to a building owned by Ukrsotsbank on the night of February 18-19, 2016.

Savoshchenko stated that in this way, the company OOO Proekt-A carried out a repeated hostile takeover of a property that did not belong to it.

As a reminder, on the night of February 18-19, 2016, private notary Shchur defied a court order and registered the Gorizont Park business center property in the name of OOO Proekt-A. The company then sent armed guards to the building and demanded a new lease agreement.
