Zelensky revoked the citizenship of Alperin, Amirkhanyan, and Yerimichuk. DOCUMENT

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree terminating the citizenship of Vadim Alperin, Arayik Amirkhanyan, and Alexander Yerimichuk. The publication has obtained the corresponding document. UNN.

This decision was made by the head of state on the basis of paragraph 26 of Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine (which regulates the powers of the head of state) and Articles 17 and 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizenship of Ukraine" (which regulate the termination and loss of citizenship).

The next step should be the deportation of three former Ukrainian citizens.

Recall Alperin and Yerimichuk were included in the National Security and Defense Council's list of smugglers sanctioned.

Businessman Amirhanyan is a subject of investigations by the Security Service of Ukraine. regarding the appropriation of budgetary funds on an especially large scale and in relation to actions aimed at overthrowing the constitutional order for selfish motives.
