Today, many services are dealing with these corruption cases and these gardening evils in Ukraine, but all of them have been overtaken by the Department of State Architectural and Civil Inspectorate in the Odessa region, Practitioners of whom literally know the entrepreneurs.
One small example of the scheme for collecting swag from employers by the Department of the State Architectural and Inspection Inspection in the Odessa region. So, in the middle of 2014, a number of workers from this department visited the enterprises of Kotovsky, Ananievsky, Lyubashivsky and other districts of the Odessa region, where the entrepreneurs It is officially announced that their stores will be closed, and those that have not opened and are waiting for permission to open - the permission will not be revoked and will not open unless an examination is carried out (as a reason for removing swag), associated with the so-called seismological activity. And although no daily work was carried out, no reconstruction was carried out in the chambers - this did not become a driver for the stinks to operate under normal conditions without any kind of “slip-offs”.

Moreover, before these police officers, the Department fined entrepreneurs in the amount of 8000 to 65,000 hryvnia, so that they knew that there would be no trouble!
Just as today's President and the order constantly repeat about the development of the middle class, business is nothing - in the Odessa region there is actually a direct goal of its impoverishment.
In connection with this, I have contact with the governor of the Odessa region, Igor Palitsa, who knows in practice that such acceptance and how important it is to earn money for an entrepreneur: How to deal to the entrepreneurs who were inspired to give swag? Countless fines (and the stink is not small -
8,000 or more hryvnia)? What kind of development of rural areas and investments in the Odessa region can we talk about in this situation? This is what I ask the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who committed the Ukrainians to “live in a new way.” Even though today’s entrepreneurs are no longer citizens of Ukraine, they are not subject to the Constitution and the extension of basic rights. people?... At that time, since I, as an entrepreneur, have repeatedly helped with my money to the soldiers who are seizing our country from the separatists in the ATO zone, I buy them food products, the words of the first person, how to deliver to our Ukrainian military servicemen in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions are not only not allowed to work, but also robbed
Quite a lot of malicious actions of the architectural and civil engineering office of the burglars of the Odessa region were recorded on video and audio, so there is concrete evidence. However, with the current system of mutual responsibility and corruption, it is impossible to attract them to the level of recognition for the assistance of law enforcement agencies or their indiscriminate care. And to open your small business, to get rid of what is generally said today in the Odessa region, without giving swag is unrealistic.
These swindlers respect us, the entrepreneurs of the rural areas of Odeshchina, for the wordless act of paying koshti to the “lords of life.” How should we live and respect our homeland for those who are the basis of any European marriage, for whom, without the help of the state, they will be able to live a comfortable life? How to create a powerful business in these minds?
Even though they are so rich, they have already paid tens of thousands of hryvnias for the complete execution of permitting documents, invested a fortune in goods and repairs, it is simply not possible to pay 1500 American dollars in swag for those in a store that sells already a lot of rocks, they gave paid evidence about those who are, for example, seismologically resistant….
Whoever sows the wind will reap a storm. There is already specific information about those who are preparing for the active phase of the active phase of promoting their interests in the minds of this powerful terrorist: to conduct negotiations with the Self-Defense and the Right Sector about Smith lustration of the head of the Department of State Architectural Inspection in the Odessa region and in Kiev, protest actions are being prepared even before the trip to the Administration of the President of Ukraine.

I clearly understand that after this Eruption, the corrupt people will soon try to close my business - they will find a reason. But I have friends, children, grandchildren and we are all active and in the most radical way we stand not only against corruption in the Odessa region, but against the authorities, who know the employers, as middle class We are deprived of nothing else.
For this purpose, I forward copies of my publication to European structures, to people’s deputies from various political forces, and to members of the mass media.
I am going to the “Right Sector” and “Self-Defense”: Help me and other entrepreneurs of the Odessa region to maintain their rights against sackers. Work so that these “bucks” get stuck in the throats of corrupt officials when they are lustrated in Smith’s tanks. And all the entrepreneurs would like to thank you for this. It is simply impossible to achieve justice in Ukraine, and, for that matter, in the Odessa region today by other methods.
Because “living in a new way” today in Ukraine means depleting the middle class of our sus-polit with swag and bureaucratic terror.
