"Shokin showed a film in the Rada today. Let me show you one too. This is Judge Artur Yemelyanov. The same one whose accounts Liechtenstein's financial intelligence service seized 13 million francs. The Ukrainian State Financial Monitoring Service solemnly informed us of this two months ago. And this video was filmed a few days ago. It shows Artur Yemelyanov at work, in the Supreme Commercial Court. As I was unofficially informed in the court itself, the Prosecutor General's Office is currently actively negotiating with Yemelyanov for 'generous compensation' in exchange for dropping the cases against him. And an agreement has probably been reached," the journalist wrote on Facebook.

According to Gnap, Yemelyanov began showing up at work and brazenly denies all accusations.

In conclusion, the journalist concludes that, in comparison to "Emelyanov and his millions, Mosiychuk is a street scumbag who wouldn't be a pity to throw behind bars."

As UNIAN reported, the State Financial Monitoring Service, as part of an investigation into transactions conducted with the participation of 44 non-resident companies belonging to the "family" of former President Viktor Yanukovych, established that between 2010 and 2013, these companies received "investments" in Ukraine equivalent to $1,37 billion through accounts in Latvian banks.

Currently, these assets, thanks to materials provided by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, have been seized by decision of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.

The State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine (Gosfinmonitoring) is a central executive body under the Cabinet of Ministers, established in 2003 to implement state policy in the area of preventing and countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism.
