The National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP) has filed corruption reports against two MPs from the Servant of the People party, Roman Mulyk and Oleksiy Kuznetsov. They lied in their declarations.

The National Agency for Corruption Prevention has filed administrative charges against two Verkhovna Rada deputies from the Servant of the People party, Roman Mulyk and Oleksiy Kuznetsov. This was reported by the NAPC, according to 368 media.

In his 2020 declaration, Mulyk failed to list a land plot and provided false information about the value of four land plots, two parking spaces, and an apartment. Overall, the audit found the information he provided to be inaccurate, amounting to over 1 million hryvnias.

Kuznetsov provided false information about the value of two residential buildings, non-residential premises, a Volkswagen Transporter (2006), and the land plot he was renting.

Overall, the audit revealed that the information he entered was inaccurate, amounting to a total of more than 1 million hryvnia.

The reports have been sent to the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv for review. The agency previously filed administrative reports regarding inaccurate information in the asset declarations of Verkhovna Rada deputies Maksym Guzenko and Oleksandr.
