At the end of the day, just before the family of Intercessor Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Chebotar was revealed, a significant group of programs “Our Pennies” on the ZIK TV channel was attacked. From the booth, which recorded the daughter of Avakov’s protector, the highest man and chased after the operator. Later, this same man walked up to a significant group on a white Volkswagen Transporter, along with shaded numbers. Unknown people blocked the road, climbed into the car and stole the camera and video recorder, inflicting bodily harm on the operator. After this the attackers disappeared.
On the same day, the 28th quarter, the intercessor of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Serhiy Chebotar, stated on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that there is no inviolability in the village of Lisniki, and journalists may be obliged to discredit the team of the ministry, I have taken a strong course in the fight against corruption. After the journalists publicized the government's actions on earth, Chebotar declared that the integrity of the Foresters belongs to his son-in-law.
It turned out, however, that this information does not reflect the truth. The land and buildings on Pidlisnya Street belong to the daughter of the Intercessor Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Oksana Chebotar.
Due to the fact of the attack on journalists, the project “Our Pennies” was destroyed by two criminal charges - for Article 186, Part 2 (“Robbery, rape, through the theft of video cameras and video recorders from journalists”), as well as for Article 171, part 1 (“Usne perezhkodzhaniya legitimate professional activity of journalists”).
After two years, the police did not find the attackers, although the incrimination of one of them was recorded on video, and he himself, leaving the cabin, was recorded on Oksana Chebotar. Journalists from “Our Money” carried out thorough investigations and found the perpetrators. In the video, the first attack on the cameraman was recorded by the son-in-law of the Interim Minister of Internal Affairs, Oleg Polishchuk. Another attacker, the owner of the car, who was attacked - Serhiy Gavrilko.
The minister's son-in-law Oleg Polishchuk is the founder of the A.T.N company, which is engaged in transportation, and Sergiy Gavrilko is the director of this company.

The company "A.T.N" was not at all idle.
In the hour of preparing the story, the “Our Pennies” journalists obtained a video that showed how representatives of the “A.T.N” company were trying to grab a piece of transport, which was officially ordered otherwise privately enterprise "KAN".
About more important nuances of the activities of these carriers, and the frauds with licenses, as revealed by the ex-head of the State Inspectorate of Ukraine for Ground Transport Security Valery Chernenko.
“The most important business in passenger transportation is the right to sell robots on the route. This is a shadowy scheme that operates throughout Ukraine and provides the opportunity to enrich companies that may be allowed on the route. And those who work under the labor force must pay a reasonable fee for each permit, ranging from 50 to 100 dollars. And if the company "A.T.N", which has about 26 high-speed buses, services dozens of routes, including inter-regional flights, food is at fault: bus stars, to cancel these routes? When we started checking, it became clear that this company was producing an order of magnitude more buses,” says the ex-head of the State Transport Inspectorate.
However, during the audit of the activities of the A.T.N company, the then head of the Inspectorate was telephoned by the intercessor of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Serhiy Chebotar, and ordered that his son-in-law be assigned to the inspection of the company.
“If I was the head of the Ukrainian Transport Inspectorate, I called Sergiy Chebotar and urged me to change my strength in the fight against shadowy schemes. Zokrema, an audit of the A.T.N. company is in progress. We ended the speech in moving tones. I told you not to call me again,” says the ex-head of the State Inspectorate.
Journalists from “Our Pennies” wanted to especially check how the company of the son-in-law of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Oleg Polishchuk operates.
To carry out passenger road transport, the company has a package of documents. Among the ob'yazkovyh: license card, allowed on the route and passport on the route.
The company "A.T.N" may provide access to the route "Kiev-Bila Tserkva". Minibuses depart from the Kiev bus station, which is located at the Central Zaliznychny Station. In the waters of Chebotar
The daughter of the Intercessor Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Oksana Chebotar visited the forest reserve of municipal significance “Black Forest”, which is located within the lands of the Lisniki village.
Chebotar was appointed as Avakov’s protector on the recommendation of Turchinov, one of the Kermanites of the “Popular Front”, to whom Avakov belongs. And so it has already become that the relatives of Turchinov and Chebotar are neighbors...
Previously, the forest lands were located near the permanently corrupt DP “Boyar Forestry Station”. However, in 2006, according to the order of the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district government administration of the Kiev region, the lands of the forest were transferred to the reserve lands of the village of Lisniki. In 2007, the Lisniki Village Council decided to reserve land for 5 rokivs, due to the fact that the General Plan of the village was not approved and the boundaries of the settlement were not included in the locality.
However, already in 2008, contrary to the previous decision, the village council decided to allow the land management project to allocate plots of land for the sake of living conditions for 32 residents.
To prevent the felling of green plantations and the privatization of the forest reserve “Chernechii Lis”, the Head Office of the State Land Committee in the Kiev region appealed to the State Committee of Land Resources and the Ministry of Natural Resources of Ukraine to carry out verification of the legality of the land acquisition. The fragments “the transfer of lands resulted from the violation of land and forest legislation, the evil of service positions and shifts of greater importance on the side of the state servicemen,” can be found on the list of the intercessor of the head of the State Administration of the Derzhkomzem in the Kiev region Yuria Vyazmitinova.
After carrying out a government inspection, the State Land Inspectorate confirmed that the allocation of land plots to the authorities is not possible, since the General Plan of the village of Lisniki has not been approved.
Through the remaining events, the prosecutor's office of the city of Kiev tried to reverse the illegal distribution of land from the sovereign power. However, to no avail. And on the territory of the Black Forest reserve, signs were erected: 75 hundred square meters of ancient oak trees were acquired by the family of Intercessor Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergei Chebotar. Apparently, before sovereign acts on the land, 75 acres of land were registered to Oksana Chebotar in the village of Lisniki on Pidlisny Street, and booth number 19 on Pidlisny Street.
Those Chebotari were not the only ones who explored the territory of the reserve. Another 75 acres, which were separated from the land of Chebotary, belong to Alina Yavorsky. This is the business partner of Oksana Chebotar - Oleg Polishchuk. Alina Yavorska and Oleg Polishchuk are co-founders of the transport company “A.T.N.”
Immediately, under the sign of Oksana Chebotar, the land plot of Raisya Vishnevskaya, the sister of the squad of the Secretary of the RNBO Oleksandr Turchynov, was retreased. Which, before speaking, and having declared that Chebotar was the protector of Minister Avakov.
