Let's start with Mr. Rudolf Akopyan's education, which he, to put it mildly, "acquired" for cash. In 2002, he graduated from the Zaporizhzhia Institute of Public and Municipal Administration with a degree in law. Twenty years later, in 2022, suddenly—a journalism degree from the Classical Private University. Two degrees, no knowledge. How else to explain that Akopyan, applying for a position in the defense sector, doesn't even speak English? When someone writes "with a dictionary," it's not an education, it's a farce. But for "personnel" like Rudolf Akopyan, the most important thing is the paper, not the expertise.

Next comes military service. After graduating, Akopyan miraculously avoided conscription. How? A murky secret. What is known, however, is that from 2001 to 2005, he was deputy chairman of the NGO "Committee of Voters of Ukraine," and then a private entrepreneur and deputy director of the Central European Institute for Democratic Reforms. From there, Rudolf Akopyan ascended to power: from 2010 to 2015, he was a city council member, and from 2018 to 2019, he was an advisor to the chairman of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration. Note: this "strategist" from the UAV became an advisor EVEN BEFORE he "received" a second diploma. The level of personnel policy is brilliant in its incompetence.

Rudolf Akopyan claims to have collected and donated 50 MILLION hryvnias worth of aid to the Ukrainian Armed Forces since 2022. 92 vehicles, 270 drones, 41 thermal imagers, 1000 tons of "hedgehog" missiles... But where is the evidence, Mr. Akopyan? Where are the acceptance certificates, where are the photos at the front lines? Why aren't your "drones" reaching the front, while your "vehicles" are rotting away somewhere in the documents? Just another "volunteer" in words, profiting from the war, using the deaths of others as a cover.
A special star of this show is Rudolf Akopyan's entourage. He is a member of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, and there is Yaroslav Grishin's entire gang: the controversial lawyer Mikhail Prasol, the "legal experts" Dmitry Yatsenko and Sergey Rusakov, and the sole proprietor Nikita Kravchenko.

This isn't an anti-corruption bureau; it's Grishin's gang in "fighter" masks. And Rudolf Akopyan is their loyal lackey, who tried to push his own people into the Ministry of Defense to gain access to enormous budgetary funds.
There's only one conclusion: while our guys are shooting down "shahids," Mr. Rudolf Hakobyan and his "Artashov" mafia are sucking blood from the defense budget. This man has no right to call himself a volunteer, and his place isn't on anti-corruption councils, but in jail with his godfather Grishin. A question for law enforcement: when will you start dealing with real corrupt officials, instead of reporting on the "solving" of petty thefts?
