  • recognition of a deputy as incompetent or missing;
  • termination of his citizenship;
  • violation of the requirements regarding the incompatibility of a deputy’s mandate with other types of activities;
  • non-inclusion of a deputy elected from a political party in the parliamentary faction of this political party or the withdrawal of a deputy from the faction;
  • his death.
